Sydney was an amazing pet sitter! She took such great care of our cat, kept us updated with photos and messages, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared and treated our cat like her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend Sydney and would happily book her again!

Gwen took great care of our two cats while we were away so we could enjoy our trip without stress! She was super responsive and easy to coordinate with and shared photos from each of her visit. She even brought out mail in for us while we were away. Thanks again!

Wow! This is my first time using Rover and Anna was the first sitter to pop up. I was a little nervous but decided to give it a try. She was absolutely amazing! I never had to worry at all about how my cat was doing. I felt relaxed and relieved, knowing she was in great hands. Every time Anna did her drop in I got pictures and a progress note. Kila loves her and I came home to one happy cat! I will absolutely be hiring Anna the next time I ago away . Thank you, Anna!

Cheryl took great care of my two cats while I was on a two week vacation. She handled food, water, treats, litter, and play just right. From the meet and greet, I could tell she has a sweet and gentle touch and really understands how to relate to cats. Her thorough updates including photos kept me confident that they were in good hands.

Jennifer was communicative and accommodating with her meet and greets and drop-in visits. She was kind enough to bring in our mail and packages, and sent some pics every night. It was much appreciated and helped ease the anxiety of leaving our cats at home.

Excellent communication, daily cat photos, and she even managed to give a pill to a very skittish cat every day! I would highly recommend her services.

Marcella saved my cat-I would give her 100 stars if I can I have 2 cats and one of them has seizure. She needs medication everyday so I invited Marcella for help. She said yes to this task and was able to accommodate the drug address method without any issue. And she did more than that. Another cat felt under the weather during our absence and it turns out he was in a very critical situation-urination blockage. Marcella stayed longer to observe him, called my vet, the vet she knows, Rover support, and ended up decisively brought my cat to the ER when I was not reachable. At that time she was told by Rover there's a risk that she needs to pay the medical bill (which is of course not the reality) but she still wants to save my cat's life. Vet told us he could die if we went to hospital later than we were. Luckily, with all the help, he made through it and now continuing enjoying his life. Even ER team took care of my cat, Marcella proactively commuted between my house and ER, bring addition information from the doctor and precise photos to us. she did everything I could even imaging, and much more beyond. I highly recommend her!!!

Taylor is awesome! Our oldest kitty has diabetes and she has been our go to person to watch our cats when we are out of town, she helps by not only feeding them and giving our oldest kitty some insulin, but by playing with them and petting them. She has even brought in packages for us if there are any boxes outside. She is the best!

Heather was absolutely amazing! Our senior cat recently started on insulin shots twice a day and we were nervous about leaving him. We were put at ease as soon as we met Heather. She came twice a day promptly at the times he needed his meds and cared for him as if he was her own pet! We got updates and photos at each visit and it seems like our old kitty fell into a nice, relaxed routine with her😊. She did an amazing job keeping his days as “normal” as possible for him and she went way above and beyond keeping his entire space (and ours) tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to use Heather’s services again when we travel. I felt very comfortable having her in my home and with my pet. Thank you!

We are so happy to have found great local assistance for our cats while away on vacation! It was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Carley was super communicative from the start, and proactive in arranging our meet and greet well ahead of our booking. After meeting her and seeing how easily the cats took to her, we felt confident in entrusting her with daily feedings, litter box cleanings, and general visit & play time. She has a lovely vibe and our cats were right at home with her. She’s very organized and accessible, takes notes and keeps specific details and needs of her bookings via spreadsheet. She’s consistent and thorough with the timing of her visits and reports. She gave them plenty of attention, treats, catnip, and provided the daily dose of socialization that I’m certain the cats appreciated very much! They were their typical friendly and contented selves when we got back, and I’m sure they look forward to seeing Carley again before too long. We loved receiving daily updates and photos, and treasure the sweet card she left us upon our return. Carley went above and beyond! The hardest part of travel is being away from our cats and the peace of mind of knowing they are well looked after by someone nearby, trustworthy and reliable is priceless to us.
