Dog Boarding in Merrimac

Very nice, very friendly. Our dog Daisy warmed up to him and his wife within minutes. They become her new favorite snuggle and nap buddies. Very close to highway and beaches. This made it very easy to enjoy vacation and not worry about our dog

Lovely, trustworthy, people who had the patience for our spoiled Maltese and we look forward to being regulars of theirs. Having never boarded our dog with anyone or anywhere, we were nervous and stressed. But Donna and Roland are our new doggie saviors and our little girl seemed right at home with them.

We left our dog with Christina and her family while on vacation in the area. She was wonderful - communicative, easy to coordinate with, sent plenty of pics, and our pup seemed to have a superb time. She has a fantastic back yard for the dogs to play, there aren’t too many but a few to romp around, and she had a sprinkler to keep them cool. Our dog came back healthy, happy, and tired! I’d recommend Christina to anyone!

Julie and her family were so great with my dog. They went above and beyond to make his stay special, and even stocked up on some of his favorite treats! I got photos and updates of both adventures and down time throughout his stay, and when we picked him up he was so calm and happy. We are beyond thrilled with his experience and will definitely be booking with Julie again!

We were extremely fortunate to have Felicia look after our dog Jaybird. We needed someone last minute and Felicia was flexible and accommodating. We hope to use her again soon!

Bob took great care of our senior Jack Russell, Bella, during her first stay with him. She felt very loved and right at home. Will definitely rebook!

Another great stay for our pup with Lindsay and her family. Honestly, we were a little worried our dog would be bummed out when we came to pick him up. It's like dog camp. Linday's dog Tilly is as welcoming a host as Lindsay.

Denise was extremely flexible as we had a last minute change in the pick-up! And she doted on our 2 chihuahuas! We will be using her again to take care of our boys!

Donnie did an incredible job with our Pomsky, Luna. I cannot recommend his services enough. We look forward to rebooking and exploring Donnie’s additional dog training services. Thank you once again, Donnie!

We went on vacation and left our puppy Eggo for the first time. John and Donna made sure Eggo was well taken care and immediately put our minds at ease. They were very friendly and approachable, they treated Eggo like he was their own baby! They also made sure to keep us updated everyday with a phone call/text messages and photos. Rebeca took great care of Atlas. She sent updates and great photos consistently. When Atlas got home she was really relaxed and happy. Rebeca and her family were really welcoming and kind and even gave Atlas a sweet little treat bag and personal note for us at the end of her stay. We’ll certainly be booking with Rebeca in the future.

Faith provides a fun, welcoming environment and I was so comfortable knowing that my dog was safe in her care. Daily pictures and updates were nice and he was exhausted the night we picked him up. Thank you Faith! We'll see you soon!!

Ariane was so kind to our dog, Arlo. Her dog certainly entertained my own dog too which was great! Grateful for Ariane taking my dog last minute after our original sitter cancelled. Will go back to her!

Julia was wonderful, giving care to our anxious rescue dog Ellie who is 7. Julia worked with her to adjust to her surroundings while we were away, and sent updates which I loved. She is wonderful. Thank you so much for taking care of Ellie so well!

Jessica was a great sitter, definitely the best sitter we’ve ever had for our boy Jax! She was communicative, attentive and showed so much love and care to our boy. We would definitely book her again.

Our first Rover experience could not have gone any smoother! Sylwia and Doug opened up their home with open arms and Dewey never missed a beat. Their pup River is just as gracious a host and, to be honest, I think Dewey is a little sad his vacation is over, too! He is only 10 months old and a rescue so I was worried he would be confused with the change of scenery but every daily update showed him enjoying and making himself right at home! We will definitely be using them again!

We left our 3yr old Lab with Kristen for our trip to Denver. Their dog Archie and Brewster were fast friends and enjoyed many hikes and park outings together while we were away. If you have a Lab you know they are very energetic and need activity, Kristen was up to the challenge. We got many pictures of Brewster being loved and Kristen was extremely flexible and accommodating with our trip changes. Kristen and Bobby are wonderful caring sitters that we would not hesitate to use again and again.

Daisy is very easy to communicate and also very professional. She follows instructions and sent me lots of videos and photos frequently. She even has prepared a doggie TV, which is super nice. Definitely would recommend her for boarding since she did a fantastic job of taking care my dog during Christmas.

Salish and her family were great with my doggo. Sent plenty of updates and you could tell how sweet she was. My doggo didn't want to leave! I highly recommend Salish to watch your pupper
