We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Charles & Teresa! Our cats were well cared for and everything was neat and tidy when we got home from our vacation. The daily updates and photos were fabulous!! Highly recommended

Janine is amazing! She was very attentive to our diabetic cat and showed him tons of love and affection! She administered daily insulin shots as required twice a day. Janine also sent us daily photos of her visits, which were appreciated. Our cat fell in love with her ♥️. We highly recommend Janine for your pet sitting needs. Our cat, who can be very shy, loved Hannah! She did a great job dropping in an her and feeding our fish while we were away for the weekend. Highly recommended!

Laura was great. She cleaned some unfortunate litter box issues. Bless her. More importantly than that, though. I returned home to cats that were not stressed. This is a first for them and I’m so grateful.

Jordyn was extremely easy to work with and understanding when circumstance changed. Wish we’d been able to complete our reservation with her as scheduled, but again, appreciate her humanity and understanding when we needed to cancel. Round recommend Jordyn to be others, wholeheartedly.

Tyler was wonderful! Our 2 cats have pretty basic needs, but they do not like strangers and we had never left them alone with a non-family member, so we were apprehensive about taking a week-long international trip. When we met with Tyler we emphasized that it wasn’t unexpected for him not to see the cats at all when he came by to feed them, and that he didn’t need to try to find them or stay and spend time with them if they didn’t want to come out. Imagine our surprise when we got a video from him the very first night with our big orange scaredy-cat rubbing up against him! Even our suspicious little tabby girl, who’s often skittish even around US, felt comfortable enough to walk into the kitchen and eat her food while Tyler was still there. He sent us a video or a photo or 2 each visit along with a quick update on how the cats were doing, which was perfect; we got peace of mind without distraction from our trip. We agonized for literally months over how we would arrange cat care after moving further away from our families, but now we know that we will be booking with Tyler any time we take a trip! It’s an enormous relief to have someone we can trust and that the cats actually feel comfortable with. Tyler is a lifesaver and we can’t recommend him highly enough!

We’re always a but worried leaving our furry friends behind when we travel. But Jessica kept our worries at bay, and did an excellent job looking after our kitties! She provided updates each day and was even able to get our shy kitties to open up to her! We’ll definitely book again and are so grateful for all of her help!

Samantha was so flexible and responsive, and took great care of our older cat! The cat even came out to see her, which almost never happens with strangers. She must be a natural! We’d be happy to have her take care of our animals any time.

Cecilia was so caring about my cat, Lily. She had a great time! And her deep expertise was extremely helpful -- I learned about new toys, treats, and care for Lily. Thanks!
