She was extremely professional and responsive, and she was so helpful even with some very last minute changes/housesitting needs that I was stressing over. Also had no trouble administering Naomi’s medication and was so attentive to her daily routine. I really appreciated all the detailed updates and cat pics!! I would happily have her catsit for us again :)

Rachael took care of our home and two cats for two weeks. We had a chaotic schedule (wedding for the weekend, then back to collect our belongings for a flight to Europe, etc) and she was completely flexible and accommodating throughout.
