Jen, Robert and family were so lovely with our dog this weekend! Very prompt and clear communication, adorable daily updates with photos. They picked up from my parents’ house and dropped off at our apartment. We appreciate the flexibility and care! Thank you!

I recently had to leave my 6-month-old Labrador for the first time during a short trip, and I couldn’t be happier with Jonathan’s care! They treated my baby boy like their own, sending me frequent updates and plenty of pictures that reassured me he was happy and well cared for. It’s so hard to find someone you can truly trust, but Jonathan exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use their help again in the future. Highly recommend!

Holly was great - responsive, trustworthy, pleasant, and very easy to work with us; plus attentive, caring, and kind with my little rascal-munchkin pooch. Holly and her family took great care of Marco while we were away… thank you. Highly recommended - we look forward to being back another time soon.

Our gratitude towards Eddy and Ziwei were beyond words. We were truly impressed by Eddy and Ziwei's professionalism, reliability, and love for the dogs. We found Eddy when we were notified by Rover late at night that the sitter we found could not continue taking care of our dog because of emergency. Within minutes of contacting Eddy and without even knowing our dog's whereabout (because the sitter never notified us or responded to our message), Eddy got on the call with us and assured us he can take care of our dog. This is really out of norm for us because we always drove our dog to a few sitters and interviewed them before we feel comfortable with one. But Eddy's experience and professionalism really impressed us and made us feel comfortable. We have used so many dog sitters in Rover and never met one like Eddy who is truly so committed to caring for our dog. This is really important for dog owners after our dog got "abandoned" when we were far away. Eddy also is very experienced with dogs and knows how to handle them. He also does a good job motivating dogs to play and run. Our pup came home so tired and truly happy! I am sure our dog has been thinking about his doggie vacation and hopes to do it again soon! We will definitely be back for Eddy doggie vacation! Thank you, Eddy and Ziwei.

What a lovely couple Pam and Yocheved are! Our little guy was clearly cared for as if he was their own during his stay. The house and yard is perfect for furry friends, and our boy got plenty of lengthy walks as well. The pictures and updates we got every day were so sweet and showed us how comfortable our Bug was. Will definitely be booking again for our next travel dates!

Sunisa did a great job boarding Caramelo. She kept me posted at all times and sent very cute pictures of him. As always greeted me with her husband when dropping my baby. This is second time I booked her, I am very glad to count with someone that is sweet but also trustworthy. Also, I appreciate that she reminds me about the upcoming booking, making sure that Caramelo has everything he might need for his staying. I can't recommend her enough!

Our dog Ralph had a great night at Molly’s house! She was very attentive at keeping his routine and helping him settle in. I would highly recommend Molly!

Jieming and Lauren were amazing! They took care of my dog for 2.5 weeks and made her feel right at home. She tends to be shy and slow to warm up, but she had no problem with them. They sent lots of updates and photos, which reassured me she was comfortable and happy. Their patient, caring approach showed they truly understand dogs. I highly recommend them and will definitely reach out again!

My pup LOVED being boarded at Tomoe and her family!! Tomoe sent me daily updates, photos and videos. My pup was exercised daily through walks to the park and playing fetch. Tomoe also has a great fenced yard for pups that like to run like my pup does. Everyone in the family seemed to embrace and love my pup who is very important to me. I never worried one day about her care while she was with Tomoe! I won't hesitate to use her services again in the future. She's kind and considerate.

I can’t say enough positive things. Communication and pictures were excellent. My trip was extended and they were able to adjust and keep Harry for an extra week. Harry had so much fun I wasn’t sure he wanted to come home! I will absolutely rebook!

Alyson was a wonderful catsitter. She took great care of my cat while I was away. She was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

Kira’s the best ! We only let our life, Chance, stay here whenever we’re in a bind if when family can’t keep our Chancie ! She’s like family to us ! Thanks Kira and family we love you !

Adriana was so caring and sent lots of updates. Very thorough in terms of understanding my dog's particular care needs. I would strongly recommend!

Winn did a great job with our dog, Travis Barker, when we needed a last minute sitter for the weekend. He responded super quickly, and we set up a meet and greet the next day. Travis liked and trusted him immediately, and brought him toys. Over the weekend, we got many pictures of them playing and cuddling and going on walks. When we picked her up she was happy and tired. We'll definitely reach out again next time we're going away!

First time to leave my dog for weeks but Yulia take away my fears.She provided updates and pictures which was reassuring.Very quick to respond.Her kids are awesome.Highly recommended.Thank you Yulia for taking care of Zoey.

Many thanks to Alan and Ying for caring for Bear. We received lots of pictures and videos of Bear. They even took her for a hike — her favorite! We will love if Bear is cared for by Alan and Ying again.
