Lee and her family did an amazing job taking care of Lugano! They treated him like he was part of their own happy family, and it was clear he was very loved and well cared for while we were away. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such great hands. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!

Holly was great - responsive, trustworthy, pleasant, and very easy to work with us; plus attentive, caring, and kind with my little rascal-munchkin pooch. Eric did a wonderful job with three-year-old golden boy Togo, I never left him with a complete stranger, but felt real comfortable with Eric. He sent me pictures in the morning. It was just comfy, knowing that Togo was safe with Eric and if I was to go anywhere, I would definitely use him in the future

We love Mr. Su! It was Benji’s second stay with him, and I was traveling internationally. You have to feel very comfortable leaving your pet with someone when you go out of the country, and I absolutely do when Benji stays at Mr. Su’s house. He gets regular walks, meals, playtime, and rest, and I have peace of mind while I’m away. Mr. Su is communicative, kind and caring. Love his calm demeanor and he’s perfect for my little guy. Thank you!

Did a great job with our dog. So great that she's been in a bit of depressed funk since we got her back. I think she was having too much fun. Clearly she was having her own vacation. Would rebook again.

Kira and Steve were great with our pup - the meet and greet was a great opportunity to see how she'd get on there. Our dog was actually a little distressed and nervous at first but they were fantastic with her, checking in regularly and updating me, and putting our pup at ease and coaxing her out of her shell. Brilliant people and set up.

Shuhua was simply WONDERFUL! SO very loving towards my very attention-loving cavapoo. She was also so great about accommodating his "quirks" - like where he wants to have his dinner bowl and where he wanted to sleep. She was also great about providing pics throughout the day along with very sweet messages about him. I felt that he was in amazing and loving hands. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Sean was a great sitter. Mona came home very tired and happy. When we got there Sean gave us the full rundown and made me feel at ease leaving her with someone new.
