Novelette was amazing! We are very nervous dog parents because we’ve never left Niko with someone who wasn’t a family member. But she immediately made us feel at ease. She sent lots of photos and texts to make sure we knew he was well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Novelette to anyone looking for someone to care for their furry (or not so furry in Nikos case) baby. ☺️❤️

Karen was absolutely amazing! She responded quickly, took exceptional care of my baby boy, and made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. It was clear he had a wonderful time—he got to socialize with other pups, was happy and comfortable, and truly enjoyed his stay. As a first-time dog sitter user, I was a little nervous, but Karen exceeded every expectation. She kept me updated with photos throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. Her communication was prompt, and it was obvious she genuinely cared for my dog as if he were her own. I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided, and I will absolutely book with her again. Paul is highly available and conveniently picks Tycho up/drops him off. Every time Tycho has daycare with him, he gets to have an outing with his pals and seems so satisfied afterward. Couldn't ask for more for a dog who loves adventure and having dog friends!

Russ and Janet are friendly, welcoming, and provided a calm and quiet environment for our somewhat nervous and clingy little girl. They took extra steps to create a comfortable experience for her. Reggie is so nice and friendly. We didn't have any worries and look forward to future visits.
