Bridget is awesome. She was highly responsive, capable and confident. She asked all the good questions and sent updates frequently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will be using he services again.

This was our first time boarding our three dogs, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They stayed for 6 nights with Michael, and we felt so at ease the entire time thanks to his excellent communication and care. Our dogs were clearly loved and well taken care of—happy, relaxed, and having fun in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that felt more like a fun doggy camp than a kennel. One of our pups is a very picky eater, and Michael even went out of his way to cook chicken for her to make sure she was eating. That extra level of care meant the world to us. Dawn was fabulous in her care for Adonis over the Christmas and New Year break! From the very start, she made us feel completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and clear love for animals. Adonis truly felt like a member of their family and had an absolute blast! He was pampered with lots of love, walks, and playtime. Dawn kept us updated throughout his stay with adorable pictures and thoughtful updates, which made us feel connected and reassured—such a wonderful touch during the holidays. The kids also spent so much time playing with Adonis and even worked on some training, which was an unexpected and delightful bonus! Adonis absolutely adored them, and it was heartwarming to see how much love and attention he received. It was clear that Dawn treated Adonis like one of her own, which meant the world to us. When we returned, Adonis was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-cared for. Thank you, Dawn, for your exceptional care! Lingwen took wonderful care of Coco for more than three weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She sent me daily updates with lots of pictures, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She was also very responsive and replied to every message quickly. Coco had an amazing time with Lingwen, enjoying both city and suburban adventures while receiving excellent care and lots of love. Mipha had a lot of fun at Lisa's house, she definitely felt like she was part of the family. Lisa is very attentive and answers to messages quickly.

Melissa was great with our 2 yr old bernedoodle. She sent pictures everyday and even sent a Fourth of July themed photo of our puppy. Even though this was our first time using Rover and Melissa (and we were a little nervous) everything came out just fine and our puppy seemed happy after all. I would recommend Melissa again.

Another fantastic experience with my pups being with Sue!! She has proven time and again to be consistent, trustworthy and reliable. I am never hesitant to leave my two dogs with her, they truly love being there which is the greatest gift I could ask for. 💙

Heather is just wonderful. From the moment we met her, Daisy fell in love. We have left Daisy with her for the first time for the past 4 days. Heather went above and beyond to care for her and make sure she was comfortable. She sent a morning and evening report with pictures which was just lovely. I’m not quite sure my dog will want to come home! 😁 we will be using her all the time moving forward. Thank you Heather!!!!!

Melissa and Axel and their family did a terrific job caring for our older dog. They were flexible and knowledgeable and I was fully confident in their ability to handle any issues that might come up while we were on vacation. I would definitely have them care for her again.

Colette was absolutely wonderful with Jonas and we are so thankful for taking such good care of him. She was very attentive to Jonas and sent lots of pictures of him during our overnight stay. We would not hesitate to recommend Colette to anybody!

Jim and Mal took great care of Tucker and Pearl!! I’m a travel nurse and travel around with my dogs so it’s often hard to find care for them when I go back home. Jim and Mail had tucker and pearl for 12 days and they’ve come home clean, happy, healthy and worn out!! Thanks so much again for looking after my babies!!

Bear and Barley had the best time with Tamara. As well as plenty of plays in the snowy garden, they had enjoyed lots of love and cuddles. Highly recommended

My pup had a 2-week stay and I got pics like clockwork, same time every day. It was so nice knowing she was having a fun vacation just like me!

Dina took care of Juno like her own dog. Juno loved the long walks and she also made friends with Watson, she had a great stay!
