Dog Boarding in Northampton

Heidi was so responsive when I needed a nearly last minute sitter for Remy, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I bought an RV and have traveled with 3 dogs before (my Remy, new Yorkie pup, and Courtney’s amazingly trained and smart Border Collie). I looked at the camp grounds and hiking trails we’d be doing and knew Remy would not be a good fit for the trip. See, Maine is ROCKY, and Remy loves to obsess and bark at rocks. Hmmm. Yeah. I don’t get it either. Anyhoo, we left him in Heidi’s care, thinking it would be a vaca for him, too. It was the first time he was left with anyone but close friends we knew overnight. It was so hard to leave him, but Heidi sent pics and updates. At the end of our trip I was dropping the RV off for service in Hatfield and then picking up Remy. I wasn’t able to drop off the RV, and absolutely couldn’t have made it to Heidi’s with it, so I had to call my daughter to come get him from Greenfield. That meant a later than agreed upon pick up, but she was very gracious. My boy came home happy. Thanks, Heidi!

Great as always! I care deeply about my dog, but I feel completely at ease leaving her with Patti and her family. They are incredibly welcoming and considerate, providing excellent care. I highly recommend Patti!

Our boys had so much fun with Karl. Karl provided excellent service and sent many pictures, which was nice to see while my wife and I were away. We would certainly love to rebook when we need dog care at a later date!

Emma was awesome! She took great care of Zoe, and kept us updated throughout the 3 night stay. She was communicative and sent photos and videos - you could see that Zoe was happy and well taken care of! She was flexible as well when we had to add the 3rd night stay last minute. Our dog Lola stayed with Dorjee while we were passing through town! She was happy and well cared for. Dorjee really loves animals you can tell!

Our dog had a fantastic stay with Josie and her parents! She was well-cared for and relaxed, and Jessica was easy to communicate with. We will definitely have our dog stay with Josie & family again!

Amazing sitter! She took wonderful care of Naki for 20 days and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. We recently had Sandra C and her husband watch our dog Whiskey while we were on vacation. She sent many pictures and videos of Whiskey playing and enjoying himself. He went on walks and bonded with them. We recommend Sandra and her husband as sitters for anyone who loves their pets.

Katelyn and her family took great care of my blond Bobby dog. Receiving the daily updates, pictures and videos really went a long way in feeling assured that my senior dog was being well looked after! Karen and family were the best hosts for tali, our 3 year old duck toller. They have a fantastic home, a wonderful dog of their own, and immediately took tali in as their own. We’ll be back next time we are in Northampton!
