Second time Jesse cared for our puppy at our home & he was great -Raphael was happy & well cared for & Jesse communicated how things were going & home was nicely kept when we returned.

Vanessa was great, good commentator, and our place looked untouched upon our return. Our animals seemed very happy with her and were well taken care of. We’d definitely recommend her!

Lauren was excellent. She was engaged and thoughtful in her approach with both myself and Mookie and Jake. Lauren sent continous updates and pictures of the dogs which we very much appreciated. She was conscientious and very professional, we could not have enjoyed our vacation without her excellent care of Jake and Mookie. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Matt is so great. My dog, Gracie loved him so much. Definitely will have him watch her again.

The meet and greet sealed the deal of us. I could tell that our 13 year dog recognized the dog lover before his eyes. It was such an easy transition for all of us. I hope she is available next time we are away. Maybe we will plan our vacations around her schedule 😉

Maria has sat for our dog twice now. He absolutely loves her! She sends pix and is extremely thoughtful about all his little funny habits. Will definitely use her again.

So friendly and sent lots of pictures! Nathaniel was super comfortable with him and it really eased my mind knowing he was with someone so great!

We felt at ease while Teri was watching our little deaf pup. She took a genuine interest in caring for her and sticking to her routine as much as possible. Teri did a great job proactively updating us about how things were going and was also very responsive to our questions.

Katie took great care of our Australian Shepard, Randy for a weekend getaway! She sent lots of updates & pictures. Came home to a happy pup and clean house! We look forward to booking her again soon!

Sarah had great communication during her watch of my two pups! She took time to have a meet and great prior which was great. Would book again!

Sean did a wonderful job taking care of our golden, Finny. He was calm and relaxed when we got home. Sean left our house in great shape! In addition she communicated with us frequently and sent lots of photos while we were away. We were delighted with our experience with Sean.

Liz did a great job taking care of my 7-year old dog. He’s a little finicky (or maybe it’s me!) and she stayed with him for a week and i enjoyed my vacation worry-free. Thanks, Liz!

Wiktoria and her husband stayed in our home with our dog, Millie, for seven nights. Overall, Millie was well cared for and happy. They were also very flexible in extending their stay when our travel was disrupted, which we truly appreciated. We did have a few areas that didn’t fully meet our expectations. Millie was only taken on two walks during their stay, despite our request for daily walks or outings (even short car rides). We understand February weather in Massachusetts can be challenging, especially with a snowstorm during their visit, but we were hoping for a bit more activity. On the first day, Millie was left alone for over nine hours without prior discussion. While she can handle being alone for up to eight hours, we had emphasized that she typically spends very little time alone, and we had chosen Wiktoria based on her open availability. Thankfully, once we raised this concern, it didn’t happen again. Communication was limited — we received only a few pictures and updates, usually after we reached out first. As new users of in-home dog sitting, we realize we might have needed to be clearer about wanting daily check-ins, but it was something we expected based on other reviews. During their stay, Wiktoria let us know about ants appearing in the guest room — unusual for our home and especially for February. We offered our usual treatment suggestions, and although we found a few crumbs on the rug upon returning home, the issue now seems resolved. Overall, while Millie was safe and content, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations given Wiktoria’s strong reviews. It was a helpful learning experience for us as first-time Rover users, and we appreciate the care she provided.
