Ana is great! She sent daily updates and photos and took excellent care of my diabetic cat including making sure she got her insulin injections twice a day.

Alex did an excellent job making sure our kitty was fed and happy while we were away. He was easy to communicate with and provided timely updates. Would definitely recommend him!

Despite the building management losing the spare key, Tawana made an extra trip on the same day to ensure my cat was well-cared for, demonstrating her commitment and professionalism. She took the time to feed, water, and clean the litter box, and even played with my cat to keep her happy and entertained. Tawana also sent me the most adorable pictures and videos, which made me feel so connected while I was away. Her kindness, reliability, and genuine love for animals truly stand out. Kristen did a great job watching our cat, Goose! He can be a little skittish but desperately wants love and playtime, and he warmed right up to her and was happy to see her when she came. She was very responsive and always wrote a little status update and sent photos so I felt at ease knowing he was getting the care and attention he needed. She kept to his routine perfectly and we are very happy.

Ayfer was so good with my shy cat! She picked her up for the day while there was work being done in my apartment and sent multiple videos throughout the day! My cat is usually very shy but she came home seeming very happy and playful. Definitely recommend :)

Liz was awesome to help caring for my cat with medical needs! I was able to go on vacation with complete confidence that Liz would take great care of my two cats. My older cat requires prescription medication and Liz was able to really make sure he was eating, drinking, and using the litter box appropriately. I felt like he was in good hands if he had any kind of emergency that Liz would be able to handle it confidently and compassionately. My other cat is very shy and I’ve actually had to leave vacations early in the past because pets that are simply don’t see her. However, she really warmed up to Liz and after only a couple of visits was coming out like clockwork to get pets. Liz loves animals and is a competent and trustworthy sitter. I definitely felt comfortable having her in my home and leaving my furry loved ones in her care. I will definitely rebook with Liz in the future.

Yuzhou is so sweet. I love reading her notes and seeing the photos she took of Luna while we were away. I think Luna and her get along very well which is rare for Luna. She even left a little gift for us (a printed photo of Luna in a picture frame) 🥰. Thank you Yuzhou!
