We have 3 older cats (2 with some health issues and meds), so leaving them for 10 days made me a little nervous. Kimberly did a great job with them! The pictures she sent everyday provided such a sense of comfort, as did all of her communications about any of the small issues we've come to expect with our cats. Tracy was great with the cats and went above and beyond to help out. She always made time to play with Basil and sent very sweet videos which I really appreciated while I was away.

Isabell is the BEST!! One of our cats ended up locked in a spare bedroom and Isabell followed her meows and let her out. And then she sent us a video explaining everything. Would 100% have her back.
