Jill took amazing care of my two furbabies and ensured I was updated (with photos!) every day while I was traveling overseas. She worked through the holidays to ensure they got the absolute best care possible and even went above and beyond to continue to care for them when we had a flight cancellation. I have had several pet centers over the years and Jill is one of the absolute best at what she does. Jill also clearly has something special about her because both my little ones are very shy and yet they warmed up to Jill almost immediately. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful!

Boning was friendly, punctual and communicative! She was also very flexible for our needs. We had a very happy pet while we were away, we will definitely rebook!

Maegan was amazing with my two kitties for two weeks! She provided very detailed updates and lots of photos to put our minds at ease while we were away.

I cannot recommend Jing highly enough! She has been caring for my dogs, Winnie and Jackson, and has been absolutely wonderful. She is reliable, consistent, and always communicates clearly, which gives me complete peace of mind when I’m away. One of my favorite things about her visits are the photos she sends. The photos she takes are incredible. I have honestly saved so many of them because they are just that good! It is obvious that she genuinely cares about the dogs and takes the time to make sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Winnie and Jackson are always excited to see her, and I know they are in great hands whenever she stops by. She is dependable, thoughtful, and truly goes above and beyond. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely loves animals, I would wholeheartedly recommend Jing.

INCREDIBLE! My therapist recommended I use this app and we were so worried as first time users. Michaela was attentive, very communicative and went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Kate did a great job watching our two cats! She was very responsive during our time away and sent us amazing pictures of the cats during her visits. Will definitely use her again.

Teaghan was awesome watching our very shy cat! She gave her space when she needed it and by her third visit, our cat was already comfortable with her!

I was nervous about using Rover for the first time, but Lauren eased my mind right away with an initial meet and greet. It was immediately clear how much she loves dogs, and my typically timid dog, Olive, was instantly comfortable and playful around her. I was sold on the spot! During Olive's first check-in, I received tons of photos and videos that showed how much fun she was having. Lauren even let Olive stay outside playing a bit longer just because she was having so much fun. She was also super thoughtful about the weather, making sure Olive didn't track in dirt, saving my white couch from muddy paws (thank you, Lauren). The sweetest surprise was coming home to a kind note and a bag of treats for Olive. Such a wonderful gesture! My experience with Lauren was phenomenal, and l'll definitely be using her again and recommending her to others. I could go on and on about how great she was!! Expectations exceeded!

Isabela has been a great help with our new puppy! She is prompt and very communicative throughout the whole process. We will definitely have her come again!
