Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts. Highly recommend Lauren for any pet care needs you may have--I'll definitely be hiring her again if I need another pet sitter!!

Annika was really wonderful looking after our two cats. She was super easy to communicate with, professional and friendly and sent lots of pictures of our cats which was really reassuring. Though the drop-in visit wasn't successful, James and Reichel were fantastic through the entire process. After the first meet and greet on Monday Reichel came by again on Friday, on her own time and at her suggestion, just to try to make Dessa more comfortable. Well, Dessa is an 11ish year old German Shepherd who was found as a stray a year ago, and it's only been a month since I adopted her (from SC to MA). She's still settling in at home, tentative but usually eventually okay with strangers. Friday's quick visit went great, but today she wasn't up for something unfamiliar, and that's understandable. If she gets more comfortable with people over time, I will 100% return to James and Reichel when needed. Excellent communication all along the way, and they truly understood and cared for Dessa, even though she wasn't nearly so friendly in return 😆
