Dog Boarding in South Chatham

It’s wonderful to know that your best friend is well taken care of when they can’t go with you. Fortunately we found Michele through Rover, and she took loving care of our almost-15-year old Norwich Terrier, Pumpkin, while we attended a family wedding in California. During the week we were away, Michele sent many photos of their outings as well as quiet times at home. She kept up Pumpkin’s normal routine making an easy transition. She has a lovely and secure fenced in back yard, and she is obviously a dedicated dog person. We were very happy with Michele!

This was my second time having my dog Toby stay with Bob and Andrea. Not only do I feel that my dog is safe with them, I know he’s having a really good time. They take him on adventures and send updates with pictures and videos during the stay. They’re also highly communicative beforehand which makes everything go smoothly. I see Toby‘s staying & playing with Bob and Andrea a lot more in the future. I highly recommend them.

Thank you so much Caitlin for taking such great care of Penny for these past few days! You made the process so easy and positive for my first time using Rover and for the first time leaving my fur baby behind! You made it feel like she was apart of your family for the week! The pictures and videos and updates were so thoughtful, calmed my nerves and made me feel so much better! Penny is happy and tuckered out after all her play dates! Definitely would use you again and would 100% recommend!

Karen was great with my Baker, he didn't even miss me he had such a good time . It was a good feeling to be able to leave my furry friend with someone who understood how much he means to me.

Chuffy's stay with Chelsea worked out great. Chelsea was very responsive to communication before/during/after (including sending a picture and letting us know how she was doing) and accommodating to our timing on when to drop off/pickup. She has a nice shaded, fenced back yard great for dogs, and our pup came home looking happy and relaxed. We would definitely use her again.

Caitlin did an outstanding job of caring for our dog. Jordan is very nervous in new situations with people she doesn't know, but we could tell from update pictures Caitlin sent that Jordan was doing well and getting more comfortable from day to day. This was the first time we've used a private sitter. Because of our experience with Caitlin, we have decided that Rover.com is a better option for boarding than the pet resort we normally use.

Sarah was an AMAZING sitter for our pup!! With a last minute request, Sarah was able to not only help us out, but also take excellent care of Willie. She followed all of our instructions, sent frequent updates and was an extremely quick communicator. Long story short, Sarah is incredible and we would absolutely book her again. I can’t say thank you enough for her excellent service!!

Madaket is so sweet and nice and we have used her multiple times when we visit the Cape. My dachshund juniper is a bit temperamental and Madaket is such a good Sitter. We love her!

Julie was great and definitely made me so comfortable leaving my dog with her for a last minute weekend away. Sent daily updates and her dog Ellie is just the sweetest. Would definitely book with Julie again!

Responsive and reliable!

Reese had a phenomenal stay with Karen and her dog! Karen was incredibly accommodating when I needed to adjust the drop-off/pick-up times and shorten Reese’s stay. She was very communicative and sent plenty of photos and videos, which I really appreciated. I loved that she made a point to prioritize Reese’s comfort and keep her routine as normal as possible. At pickup, Karen even had all of Reese’s bags and crate packed and ready to go. We would love to rebook with Karen!

Kari was great and very accommodating! Sent us photos and messages while she was there! We loved the communication where this was our first time using this service. We will definitely use Kari again and recommend her to our friends!

Our pup LOVED Cindi so much; she didn't want to leave! We just recently moved to the Cape and were so nervous to leave our pup with someone new, but Cindi's care could not have been better. She spoiled our pup in so many precious ways and gave us daily updates pictures. We would go back to Cindi in a heartbeat and would recommend her to anyone!

Can’t say enough about Kellie J. It’s so easy to go away if I can leave Ollie with her & her pup, Rufus. I think he’s Ollie’s best bud. She & her family are so welcoming & home is so well set up (meet & greet, fenced in yard & photos/videos are a plus). You & your furry friend will be so lucky.

Marcia and her family were so warm and welcoming. Our dog Sadie is very low maintenance and she settled right in at Marcia's house. We really appreciated the period updates with pictures. We'll definitely book with Marcia again!

Zuzana was great! We had to leave town on a short notice and found Zuzana on Rover, contacted her and she responded with in the hour. Our dog is 13, deaf and likes to sleep with her people. Zuzana was unfazed by any of this. We did a meet and greet in her home and I could see Pepper was instantly a fan, walking thru her home tail wagging. Zuzana kept us updated with videos and pics ensuring us that Pepper was settled and happy. I will not hesitate to leave Pepper with Zuzana again nor hesitate to recommend Zuzana to another. Thank you Zuzana!

Our golden retriever had the time of his life at Ryder Beach Farm. Harriet’s sweet pups were so playful and affectionate; we couldn’t have asked for a better fit. She was kind enough to let us swing by for a walk or two throughout the week to see him. We will most certainly come back next summer. A truly excellent environment!

Maggie was great with Murphy. She is very accommodating and kept me well informed of Murphy’s adjustment. I will definitely use her again when needed.

I would definitely leave my Buddy with Jenny and her family again! Jenny sent me comforting pics to let me know things are going good. My 1 year old+ and their young lab played great together. I’m sure any dog would play well with their young pup. Definitely recommended.
