Dog Boarding in South Hadley

This was our first Rover experience, and it went perfectly. Rachel was excellent, sent daily photos, responded quickly to our questions, and her home was nicely set up for four-legged guests. We will definitely try to book with her the next time we go away for a few days!

Taylor was great he really took his time getting to know cooper and Milton and making sure they were comfortable. He took the time to do a meet & greet in a neautral location prior to their stay. They had a great time and truly enjoyed their time with Taylor and his family.

Megan was so wonderful, kind and easy to communicate with. She was very flexible and welcomed kitties with so much love. Will definitely book again!

Emma was super easy to communicate with and kindly answered all of my first-timer questions. She took great care of our pittie mix on his first “vacation,” being mindful of his anxiousness towards other dogs & understanding of his adjustment to being away from home. So grateful to be able to enjoy our time away, knowing he was being well cared for. Absolutely would book again!

Our dog Lola stayed with Dorjee while we were passing through town! She was happy and well cared for. Dorjee really loves animals you can tell!

This was my first time me leaving my dog for several days for a vacation. Novelette was great with my dog. She kept me posted daily with photos and videos and activities done with my dog. My dog was comfortable and was able to meet other dogs and blend in well. All I can say is that Novelette is a sweet caring person who truly cares for the pets she takes care of. I had my mind at peace and was happy with her taking care of my pet.

It was a great experience. They were able to pickup and drop off our two pups from our home. We received a daily check in with pictures. Our pups seemed to fit right in with their family and dog. Our pups can be very needy and they let them sleep with them which I’m sure made our Maisy and Cooper much more comfortable since that is what they normally do. I would highly recommend Forough & Amir. They will definitely be who we use our next vacation. Thank you again!!

The whole family took good care of our dog, including a pretty demanding medication routine. We really appreciated how much care they took to learn and follow through on his medical needs! Pictures and updates made it look like he was settled in very comfortably during his stay.

Glorymar is a very sweet lady, she agreed to take care of my dog last minute and I really appreciate her for it! My Rita loved playing with her dogs and they definitely helped her get out of her shell. If you want a reliable sitter, use Glorymar!!!

Morgan was awesome! She was able to help watch my dog on short notice after being cancelled on. She sent tons of photos and updates and Tacoma loved his stay. Will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great rover

Denise was wonderful with my senior dog who is diabetic and who has also lost her vision. It is very difficult to find someone who can administer insulin as well as attend to the needs of a blind dog, but Denise was able to do both. She was aware of my dog's safety needs when she was outside and always made her feel comfortable inside her home. Her ability to take care of a special needs dog is rare and I will definitely call on her again in the future.

Wendy took great care of Raven. She sent pictures and updates and took raven on lots of walks. She took care of Raven like her own. Will definitely use again!

Reichel and James took wonderful care of our dog while we were on a family vacation. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. We truly appreciated the daily updates Reichel sent to keep us informed and setting up a puppy playdate beforehand was also incredibly helpful to ensure the dogs got along. Communication was excellent and always timely. It was clear that Roxie felt right at home in thier care, especially finding her favorite spot on the couch. She was treated her as if she were thier own. Roxie returned home happy, healthy, and with a new friend, Charlie. We would not hesitate to have her stay with Reichel and James again.
