Pet Sitting in South Hadley

Noah is a caring soul who my sensitive cat liked right away -- cats can tell! He is super reliable, spent time interacting with my cat, and I've already booked him for when I'm out of town again. I'm very glad to have found such a good, local pet-sitter.

Jacklyn was so kind and thoughtful I am so happy she was available to take care of my cats while I was gone. She gave amazing updates and lots of photos during her visit and even remembered to add ice to their water (they are very picky). I absolutely recommend her for any animal you have and will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Hallie was great! She was very responsive and made sure to ask questions so she provide the best care for Roxie. Roxie loved her and we came home to such a happy doggo. We’ll certainly rebook with Hallie again!

Jessica took such great care of our precious girl during our 10 day trip! This was the longest trip we've ever taken and Jessica's thoughtful communication and updates provided much relief to my cat-mom anxiety! We will be booking with Jessica in the future :)

Michelle was great! We have two anxious kitties so we were nervous about finding someone to take care of them, but Michelle did great. She was very reliable and communicative. She gave us updates about the kitties and played with them. When we got back they seemed very relaxed and were not anxious because we were gone the way we thought they may be, this tells me she gave them a good amount of love and care! ☺️ Definitely recommend her if you have sensitive pets, she’s very caring!

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Ace is the best! I broke my leg and couldn't do the prep I would otherwise for their visit. She were so helpful with getting my babies fed. She is incredibly reliable and did today's visit on really short notice because I was in a pinch. She should 100% be your first choice for care.

She was great. Our skiddish cat who is scared of everyone became comfortable with her super quickly. kept our kitties happy! ◡̈
