Jacklyn is gem! She sent pics daily of Abby while I was away and let me know how she was doing. Jacklyn also gave Abby medication, which isn’t the easiest thing with a 16 year old Tortie with lots of Tortitude! I will definitely hire Jacklyn again and am happy to be a reference for her.

Noah is a caring soul who my sensitive cat liked right away -- cats can tell! He is super reliable, spent time interacting with my cat, and I've already booked him for when I'm out of town again. I'm very glad to have found such a good, local pet-sitter.

Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!

Hallie was amazing! She was a great communicator, got our pup nice and tired, and was a calm/chill energy when meeting Mango. We really appreciated the updates and pictures while we were away!

Zoe was great with my cat and I especially appreciated her availability during the holidays. She was communicative and trustworthy.

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Ash is phenomenal! He came and met my dogs and we talked about their personalities, needs, etc. Today was the first day he was with them to walk them alone and it went great!! My crazy boxers fully accepted him and Ash was awesome with helping to contain their wild energy.

Kylie is our go to cat sitter (and cat whisperer). She’s amazing! Communicative, responsible, reliable. She’s the best! Thank you as always, Kylie!

Sierra is wonderful. Communicative and has great attention to detail (my cat has some very specific instructions). Was happy to rebook her and will continue to do so when needed!

Richard did a great job taking care of our cat Prada! We left him clear instructions on accessing our apartment and setting up Prada’s automatic feeder and he had no issues figuring things out but also reached out if he had any questions. We were always looking forward to the photos and update writeups on each of his visits.

She was great. Our skiddish cat who is scared of everyone became comfortable with her super quickly. kept our kitties happy! ◡̈
