Joseiris was great with our cats! She’s super responsive and sent us lots of pictures and updates while we were away. It was great working with her!

This was my first time using Rover and Audrey made it so easy - she was super nice and very communicative while I was away for two weeks! When I had my meet-up with Andrea, I sensed that she was exactly who I needed when leaving my cats for a week with a stranger for the first time. Although Max and Zoey usually hide from strangers/family/friends, Andrea sent me pictures of both of them! She also rinsed every can and pouch, and recycled them. Very tidy! Such an easy experience for me and I will utilize Andrea as often as needed if she is available.

Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!

I instantly felt like my kitties were in good hands! Kaitlen was very accommodating and super sweet with my cats. Great sitter! Definitely will recommend and ask again in the future! 😃
