On time, a great communicator and helps me to know that Chance is happy so I can continue to be a pet owner in a situation that has changed and left me a single person with the sole responsibility for Chance. Dayana was attentive to my dog and he seemed happy on the days that she walked him. She was responsive to my messages and kept me up to date with him as well. I am leaving 4 stars because Dayana messaged me on Friday at 10:30 to let me know that she would be traveling for 2 weeks starting on Monday. It left me very little time to find a new walker.
