Kid Rock is very comfortable with Ben. Short walk, but Kid was hot and wanted to return home. Ben listened to Kid’s cues.

Brian took great care of Koopa while we were gone! Koopa is a rescue so she doesn't like to be touched and is very wary of new people but she warmed right up to him and he respected her boundaries well. He kept us updated on how she was doing and sent cute pictures which is wonderful for us millennial dog parents who miss our pup whenever we're away.

On time, a great communicator and helps me to know that Chance is happy so I can continue to be a pet owner in a situation that has changed and left me a single person with the sole responsibility for Chance.
