Quick response and good with our dog

This was our first time using Rover, and Matt and Alyssa dispelled any doubts we had about using a cat sitter! They were great about sending multiple pictures and detailed notes for their visits. It gave us such reassurance knowing our cats were in such good care. Thank you Matt and Alyssa!!

Lupa had such a great time with Annie. He normally is slow to warm up but it seemed like he was so comfortable with her from the start. I loved all the pictures she took of him. Lupa looked like he was smiling in one of the pictures taken outdoors. He was fed, taken out and also received lots of love. We would definitely book her reliable services again in the future.

Becky was wonderful to work with - she was proactive in prep for our pets' care and communicated clearly and thoroughly while we were away. Getting the photos of all four pets was great, too! I would highly recommend Becky to other families looking for quality pet care.

Eric was attentive to our cats' individual needs. We apprentice his attention to detail. Additionally, he went above and beyond when a tree fell at our house and helped us by taking photos of the initial incident.

We had a wonderful experience with Emily as our Rover sitter! She did a drop-in visit for our two dogs and was incredibly reliable and punctual. Communication with her was effortless. She kept us updated and was quick to respond. Most importantly, both of our dogs absolutely loved her, which says a lot! We felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care and would definitely use her services again. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Rover. I was nervous at first but ehn met with Chelsea. She was great with Spruce and Spruce took to her right away. She is really good at communication. She sent me updates and photos which I love.
