Xiaoxue took great care of our cat while we were traveling. We are so happy to find her on Rover. She sent us checkin updates and lots of pictures. Our cat is healthy and happy when we arrive home. Highly recommend her if you need someone professional and caring to look after your fur babies while you are away.

Lucy was so great with my two cats - based on all the photos and videos she sent me, my boys had a great time with her and enjoyed the attention she shared with them. We felt safe leaving our puppy in Rachel's experienced hands after an initial meeting. And while we only booked her for 2 visits each day, she was willing to stay a little longer to make sure the puppy settled down in his crate without having an accident before leaving (a big concern of ours). There was some miscommunication about his food and walks/playtime on the first day, but that was improved on the second day. She provided plenty of recommendations on resources and tools to help with puppy behavior, so she is a great sitter for first time puppy owners.

Eric was attentive to our cats' individual needs. We apprentice his attention to detail. Additionally, he went above and beyond when a tree fell at our house and helped us by taking photos of the initial incident.

Danya took great care of our cats while we were away. She is a great communicator and provided detailed updates and tons of photos. Would not hesitate one bit to have her watch our pets again.

Sara took care of Gracie, my very active 6-month old kitten, for the first time I've left Gracie home alone overnight and the first time I used a pet sitter/rover. Sara did a awesome job answering my questions and making sure I understood how rover worked. During the meet and greet she asked lots of questions to get to know about Gracie and her habits. Over the weekend while I was away, Sara sent great summaries of each visit noting how comfortable/happy Gracie was with lots of pictures and videos. She made sure Gracie got lots of play time - and she even went the extra mile when it came to cleaning up after, Gracie's messy eating habits! I would definitely recommend Sara as a sitter.

Annie was able to take care of my little guy with less than a weeks’s notice! Not only was she available, but she was prompt in her replies and was great about tidying up Buster’s toys after their time together. We look forward to working with her again!

Very happy with the help to look after my cat. Brittany is very responsive and did well to ensure I was kept up to speed with the happenings with the cat, pictures to show the drop ins, and times of drop ins. My first rover experience and am very pleased!!
