Sydney was amazing! She took excellent care of my three cats. The most shy of the group even made friends with Sydney! Highly recommend Sydney if you are looking for someone to care for your pets.

Do not hesitate to leave the care of your beloved fur babies with Pia. Pia was reliable and prompt with text response to any concerns during the home visits. The daily photos reassured us that our ancient 18 year old cat was enjoying both the routine care and loving contact during our absence. Pia is a wonderful provider.

Marcella saved my cat-I would give her 100 stars if I can I have 2 cats and one of them has seizure. She needs medication everyday so I invited Marcella for help. She said yes to this task and was able to accommodate the drug address method without any issue. And she did more than that. Another cat felt under the weather during our absence and it turns out he was in a very critical situation-urination blockage. Marcella stayed longer to observe him, called my vet, the vet she knows, Rover support, and ended up decisively brought my cat to the ER when I was not reachable. At that time she was told by Rover there's a risk that she needs to pay the medical bill (which is of course not the reality) but she still wants to save my cat's life. Vet told us he could die if we went to hospital later than we were. Luckily, with all the help, he made through it and now continuing enjoying his life. Even ER team took care of my cat, Marcella proactively commuted between my house and ER, bring addition information from the doctor and precise photos to us. she did everything I could even imaging, and much more beyond. I highly recommend her!!!

Nicole takes great care of my cat Millie. She’s great at communicating and sending both pictures and updates. She’s even gets on the floor to play with Millie and give her lots of cuddles. I Highly recommend Nicole!!

Excellent pet sitter! She was always on time, flexible, and genuinely caring. My pet is on a temporary medicine and she helped with administration with the same care as if it were her own pet. Her expertise was evident, and she even went above and beyond by giving my pet a get-well treat at her own expense. Highly recommended!

Brianna was fabulous. Went above and beyond with taking care of our House Rabbit! She was responsive and caring. We have had Brianna take care of Houdini before and will again!

Lucy is awesome, I highly recommend! She took care of my cat Apollo while I was away - you can tell she really cares about the pets she cares for, and gives extremely detailed updates on her visits. I’ll definitely be using her again!

Sara took care of Gracie, my very active 6-month old kitten, for the first time I've left Gracie home alone overnight and the first time I used a pet sitter/rover. Sara did a awesome job answering my questions and making sure I understood how rover worked. During the meet and greet she asked lots of questions to get to know about Gracie and her habits. Over the weekend while I was away, Sara sent great summaries of each visit noting how comfortable/happy Gracie was with lots of pictures and videos. She made sure Gracie got lots of play time - and she even went the extra mile when it came to cleaning up after, Gracie's messy eating habits! I would definitely recommend Sara as a sitter.

Haley did an excellent job in caring for our two cats. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing we would receive cute pictures and thorough updates (especially helpful for our older cat who has a somewhat complex medication). We appreciated her care during the stressful holiday season and highly recommend her!

Stephanie has been awesome with my cat!! She was extremely flexible as our travel plans had to change and made sure our furry friend was in the best company while we were gone. We will definitely be hiring Stephanie for all of our future visits!

We are so happy to have found great local assistance for our cats while away on vacation! It was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Carley was super communicative from the start, and proactive in arranging our meet and greet well ahead of our booking. After meeting her and seeing how easily the cats took to her, we felt confident in entrusting her with daily feedings, litter box cleanings, and general visit & play time. She has a lovely vibe and our cats were right at home with her. She’s very organized and accessible, takes notes and keeps specific details and needs of her bookings via spreadsheet. She’s consistent and thorough with the timing of her visits and reports. She gave them plenty of attention, treats, catnip, and provided the daily dose of socialization that I’m certain the cats appreciated very much! They were their typical friendly and contented selves when we got back, and I’m sure they look forward to seeing Carley again before too long. We loved receiving daily updates and photos, and treasure the sweet card she left us upon our return. Carley went above and beyond! The hardest part of travel is being away from our cats and the peace of mind of knowing they are well looked after by someone nearby, trustworthy and reliable is priceless to us. We look forward to booking Carley again for our upcoming trips! Carley—Thank you so much for taking such great care of Nino and Teddy, and all the other pets you take time for! :)

Kevin took great care of my cats and made me feel a lot better about leaving them alone for the first time. I was unusually anxious, but he came over to meet me and them and learn their routine, and made me feel comfortable right away. He was very patient with Biscuit, who's shy, and I could tell Mango felt comfortable around him. Will definitely book with him again the next time I need a cat sitter.
