INCREDIBLE! My therapist recommended I use this app and we were so worried as first time users. Michaela was attentive, very communicative and went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. I cannot recommend Jing highly enough! She has been caring for my dogs, Winnie and Jackson, and has been absolutely wonderful. She is reliable, consistent, and always communicates clearly, which gives me complete peace of mind when I’m away. One of my favorite things about her visits are the photos she sends. The photos she takes are incredible. I have honestly saved so many of them because they are just that good! It is obvious that she genuinely cares about the dogs and takes the time to make sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Winnie and Jackson are always excited to see her, and I know they are in great hands whenever she stops by. She is dependable, thoughtful, and truly goes above and beyond. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely loves animals, I would wholeheartedly recommend Jing.

Couldn’t recommend more highly! Our sitter was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and truly went the extra mile by staying additional time and sending frequent updates. Despite it being the holidays, responses were quick and reassuring. It made such a difference knowing our cats were so well cared for. We will absolutely be booking again!

Samantha is so great with our dog. She is super reliable, and is so easy to work with! Our dog can be tricky, but Samantha has done so well with her!

The best sitter you can get for your cat. Extremely caring, cuddles your cats when they miss you and takes the cutest pictures of them!! I feel so at ease knowing that someone is taking care of my cats the way layal does 😊

Isabell has been extremely patient with our puppy, who is scared of her own shadow. She spent time getting to know her and helping her adjust to a new caregiver. The pictures also help when we’re away - letting us know how Bailey is doing each day. Thanks so much for all your help!!
