Five Stars! I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Dan as my cat sitter through Rover. From the very beginning, Dan was professional, communicative, and genuinely attentive to every detail of my cat’s routine and personality. While I was away, Dan went above and beyond to make sure my cats were not only cared for, but truly comfortable and happy. He provided consistent updates, including photos and thoughtful notes, which gave me real peace of mind. It was clear from every interaction that he has a natural connection with animals and takes his responsibilities seriously. What stood out most was Dan’s reliability and the level of care he put into even the small things—keeping everything clean, sticking closely to their feeding schedules, and spending quality time engaging with my cats so they didn’t feel lonely. I returned home to a relaxed, well-cared-for cats and a spotless space, which speaks volumes about the level of service Dan provides. Lori is absolutely amazing - left for two weeks over the holidays, and came home to my cat Finn healthy and happy as ever! She was super accomodstkng and easy to work with, and always sent me the cutest photos. Will definitely be contacting Lori again if I’m traveling any time in the future.
