Dog Boarding in Wendell

Josie (and her parents!) were wonderful with my dog, Milo. It was my first time using the Rover app, but they were always communicative, kind, flexible and kept me updated about Milo’s stay. They even sent pictures too, which eased my mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible sitter!

Karl did a great job taking care of our dog Luna. I was initially a little bit worried about leaving her because she is new to us. Long story short, we took her in somewhat unexpectedly after a neighbor disclosed that she wasn't able to take care of her. Luna had been through three different homes in the last few months and so I didn't know how she would act when faced with yet another transition. Karl was a great fit and Luna did great with him and with his dogs. He sent pictures, was flexible in terms of timing and was a good communicator. He responds to messages quickly. He went above and beyond in his care for Luna. Karl has a fenced in backyard and this really cool doggy door so that his dogs and Luna could go in and out of the house as they pleased. Luna got along really well with his dogs. He also gave Luna wet food along with her dry food, because that is what his dogs had, and so she could eat on a schedule, which she hadn't been doing before. Luna stayed with Karl over the week of July 4th and he made sure to ask if we had a thunder shirt to help her if she felt scared of the fireworks. It is clear that he loves dogs a lot and is also very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend him!

John is trustworthy, responsible, and kind. Dogs really like him! I was extremely pleased with John’s care of my 2 mini-dachshunds who I left with him for an entire week. The elder of the two has often experienced separation anxiety but, to my great relief, was able to relatively quickly relax with John. The younger, is a high energy dog and John clearly was able to handle her and encourage her to have lively fun. I felt they were safe and in good hands. John’s dog, Georgie, was also a welcoming host.

I can’t ask him of course, but I believe my dog really enjoyed his time with Nicole and her family, and I worry that he was actually sad to leave there!

This was Rocky’s second booking with Patti and this stay confirmed that we picked the right sitter. It is wonderful to be able to vacation knowing our dog is well cared for.

Forough and Amir have Taken care of our dog twice now, once for an extended stay and we love the feeling of knowing how well taken care of and comfortable she is when she is with them. Their dog Ruby is so sweet and is a great host as well. Outstanding family ❤️

Melissa and her family are amazing! We were able to meet her and the family and dogs before we left our girls with her so we were very comfortable being away and knowing they were well taken care of. One of our girls is normally takes a while to warm up to people and is skittish around boys but was attached to Melissa's son. It was wonderful to get so many pictures of happy dogs while we were gone. The fenced yard made us comfortable that there was nothing to worry about and the girls came home exhausted from all of the play! I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for dog care!

Heidi was so responsive when I needed a nearly last minute sitter for Remy, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I bought an RV and have traveled with 3 dogs before (my Remy, new Yorkie pup, and Courtney’s amazingly trained and smart Border Collie). I looked at the camp grounds and hiking trails we’d be doing and knew Remy would not be a good fit for the trip. See, Maine is ROCKY, and Remy loves to obsess and bark at rocks. Hmmm. Yeah. I don’t get it either. Anyhoo, we left him in Heidi’s care, thinking it would be a vaca for him, too. It was the first time he was left with anyone but close friends we knew overnight. It was so hard to leave him, but Heidi sent pics and updates. At the end of our trip I was dropping the RV off for service in Hatfield and then picking up Remy. I wasn’t able to drop off the RV, and absolutely couldn’t have made it to Heidi’s with it, so I had to call my daughter to come get him from Greenfield. That meant a later than agreed upon pick up, but she was very gracious. My boy came home happy. Thanks, Heidi!

Emily was great with our anxious dog! She was patient and understanding. I appreciated all the updates and pictures/videos. We would ask her again to watch Zeus!

We cannot thank Sandra enough for treating Chase like her own. He did very well with his first overnights and appeared at home. We look forward to rebooking with her since we know Chase will be well cared!

Our dog Lola stayed with Dorjee while we were passing through town! She was happy and well cared for. Dorjee really loves animals you can tell!

Our dog had a great time with Jie and her family. He took to her immediately so we were very confident to leave him in her care. He also had a great opportunity to play with the family dogs and kids. Jie's backyard is a veritable amusement park for dogs which was very stimulating for ours. He also got to go hiking which is his favorite thing. More than 100% satisfied!

Rachael helped us with our 12-week-old puppy, and from the moment we booked, we knew Rex was in the best hands. We immediately felt comfortable trusting her and her family with our sweet boy. Rex was so loved, cared for, and treated like part of the family while he was with them. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was happy and well taken care of. We cannot wait to have Rachael care for Rex again — we’re so grateful we found her!

Everything about Vita's stay with Luiz and his family was perfect!! Vita is newly adopted and is timid and shy. I was so impressed with the time Luiz took during the meet and greet to slowly acclimate Vita to her new surroundings and make sure she was comfortable. The fenced in yard is a huge plus and Vita became best friends with their dog, Molly. It was clear by the photos I received that Vita was having a blast! Luiz, his wife, and girls all treated Vita like she was part of their family. I am so appreciative of the love and care they gave her. Vita misses them and she will visit them again soon. Again, absolute perfection!!

emma was a great caretaker for red while I was gone for a week on vacation. lots of helpful updates and easy communication. i appreciated her flexibility and being able to board my dog as the only guest. definitely recommend her to anyone.

Gummi had a great time staying with Letícia. He got lots of attention and had fun playing with the other pups. She took him on walks in the woods and sent many pics and updates. She responds quickly to texts and emails, and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Letícia!

Megan is a doggy expert. She provided insight into my dogs' behavior, helping me to be a better pet parent. My girls were very happy to stay at Megan's pet filled home. Her home environment is warm and inviting. Thank you so much for watching Lulu and Alice.
