Dog Boarding in West Brookfield

Dorothy and her lovely family took great care of our dog. He came home happy and even with some extra grooming done on his (difficult) coat. Also flexible on drop-off and pick-up times which we appreciated. Highly recommended!

Michael responded very quickly. We always feel confident sending our pet to board. This is our third time sending our dog for a long stay, and we’ll book again! We added the grooming service at the end of this stay, it was nice to pick up a clean and happy pup home.

Karyn made my dog and myself feel so comfortable! She was amazing to my big boy, lots of playing and some fun with the hose!! He came home tired out and happy! I would recommend Karyn every time!

Colette was absolutely wonderful with Jonas and we are so thankful for taking such good care of him. She was very attentive to Jonas and sent lots of pictures of him during our overnight stay. We would not hesitate to recommend Colette to anybody!

We recently had Sandra C and her husband watch our dog Whiskey while we were on vacation. She sent many pictures and videos of Whiskey playing and enjoying himself. He went on walks and bonded with them. We recommend Sandra and her husband as sitters for anyone who loves their pets.

Another fantastic experience with my pups being with Sue!! She has proven time and again to be consistent, trustworthy and reliable. I am never hesitant to leave my two dogs with her, they truly love being there which is the greatest gift I could ask for. 💙

Forough & Amir took care of my dog Bandit for 3 weeks and did a wonderful job. It was clear from all the pictures that he was well cared for and loved. I will definitely use them again for future vacations. They also were always very quick to answer my messages and made communication easy.

Novelette took such good care of our Peanut. She understood Peanut’s personality right away and kept us updated with her quirky behaviors throughout her stay. We really appreciated all the updates and the pictures. We found Novelette because she is near a friend’s home who is out-of-state, but we hope we find another opportunity to have her take care of Peanut again!

Melissa and Axel and their family did a terrific job caring for our older dog. They were flexible and knowledgeable and I was fully confident in their ability to handle any issues that might come up while we were on vacation. I would definitely have them care for her again.

Melissa was great with our 2 yr old bernedoodle. She sent pictures everyday and even sent a Fourth of July themed photo of our puppy. Even though this was our first time using Rover and Melissa (and we were a little nervous) everything came out just fine and our puppy seemed happy after all. I would recommend Melissa again.

Lingwen took wonderful care of Coco for more than three weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She sent me daily updates with lots of pictures, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She was also very responsive and replied to every message quickly. Coco had an amazing time with Lingwen, enjoying both city and suburban adventures while receiving excellent care and lots of love. It was clear that Coco was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire stay. I highly recommend Lingwen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter. The whole family took good care of our dog, including a pretty demanding medication routine. We really appreciated how much care they took to learn and follow through on his medical needs! Pictures and updates made it look like he was settled in very comfortably during his stay.

Dawn was fabulous in her care for Adonis over the Christmas and New Year break! From the very start, she made us feel completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and clear love for animals. Adonis truly felt like a member of their family and had an absolute blast! He was pampered with lots of love, walks, and playtime. Dawn kept us updated throughout his stay with adorable pictures and thoughtful updates, which made us feel connected and reassured—such a wonderful touch during the holidays. The kids also spent so much time playing with Adonis and even worked on some training, which was an unexpected and delightful bonus! Adonis absolutely adored them, and it was heartwarming to see how much love and attention he received. It was clear that Dawn treated Adonis like one of her own, which meant the world to us.
