Cat Sitting in West Concord

This was our first time using Rover, and Matt and Alyssa dispelled any doubts we had about using a cat sitter! They were great about sending multiple pictures and detailed notes for their visits. It gave us such reassurance knowing our cats were in such good care. Thank you Matt and Alyssa!!

Eric was attentive to our cats' individual needs. We apprentice his attention to detail. Additionally, he went above and beyond when a tree fell at our house and helped us by taking photos of the initial incident.

Skylar was excellent with our kit kats and left them very happy! She also brought in our package when we were gone

100/10, Lucy is incredibly trustworthy and nurturing, it is very clear to me how much she loves and cares for animals. She took care of my 2 kitties while I had to be away for work, I do not have a dog - I just want to be clear about that, because I’ve had no less than 5 other sitters watch my cats, and all of them have struggled. I think people think that cats are “easier”, but as a result they don’t end up getting all of the love and care they need. Anywho, that was not the case here at all, she did everything I asked her to do, even going above and beyond… and she sent me SO many pictures and videos… this was probably my easiest trip away, because I was getting so many updates from Lucy. It was also very clear to me that the kitties were excited to see her, they can be a little skeptical of new people but it was obvious to me that they connected with her. I could not be happier with Lucy, she’s a great sitter and I will hire her again on my future trips!! She’s very communicative as well, even keeping the schedule up to date with her arrival times. Thank you so much Lucy!! Your diligent care for Kelso and Kali brought me so much comfort!!

Sawyer does a wonderful job with cat sitting. Very punctual and conscientious. They have a very cat-friendly manner that puts our cat at ease. Sends great photos of the visits!

Traci took fantastic care of our cat while we were away over Thanksgiving! He was a happy cat when we arrived home instead of his usual grumpy self.

Booked super last minute due to unexpected emergency, and she was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to take care of my little babies, cannot recommend enough. So communicative and took such great care of them (even though they’re so shy)

Anindita was great with our cat while we were away. She communicated well, we never had to worry if our pet was doing ok. We are really happy with our experience

Xiaoxue is always wonderful with the cats! Her pictures are the best and she spends a lot of quality time with them. They even shoveled the porch when it snowed while we were away. Thank you so much!

Rachel was awesome helping out in a pinch when my flights got delayed and I needed an extra check in added on to my booking for Gracie and I came home to a happy kitten!

Susannah did an excellent job house sitting with my three elderly cats. They aren’t easy, given their age and “litter habits- or occasional lack thereof, but Susannah obviously was kind and gracious to them. She also took great care of my home. She’s at the top of my list next time I go away.
