Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in West Hatfield

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Heather was was on time with her check ins and always sends photos. We could see over the days in the photos our cat becoming more relaxed around her each day. Would recommend!

Tanya took wonderful care of our ragdoll cat Moondust! She was communicative, thorough and conscientious. She provided excellent care and provided him with plenty of love and attention, and he seemed to really love her too! She shared plenty of photos and an update with every visit. We will certainly be asking Tanya to provide care in the future and would absolutely trust her to check in on Moonie during weekends out of town.

Dorjee has been wonderful with our pug Olive. We are very happy with her reliability and the quality of care she provides is unsurpassed by any other sitter we’ve hired. We highly recommend her and so appreciate her flexibility!

Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts. Highly recommend Lauren for any pet care needs you may have--I'll definitely be hiring her again if I need another pet sitter!!

Sharene was awesome with our pup and on super short notice! We reached out one day, met the next day, and Sharene did a drop-in with our pup the next day. We loved the report card we got with lots of details and a whole bunch of pics from their hangout. Sharene spent lots of time with our pup and even took her on a walk. Thank you!
