Pet Sitting in West Hatfield

We are so grateful to have Mickala care for Freya. Mickala communicated with us and sent pictures at each visit. She also washed and dried Freya's blanket when it was soiled with a hair ball! We arrived home to a happy cat and clean cat dishes.

Tanya took wonderful care of our ragdoll cat Moondust! She was communicative, thorough and conscientious. She provided excellent care and provided him with plenty of love and attention, and he seemed to really love her too! She shared plenty of photos and an update with every visit. We will certainly be asking Tanya to provide care in the future and would absolutely trust her to check in on Moonie during weekends out of town.

We had a great experience with Heather. Our dog connected with her immediately and we loved the updates when we were away. We will definitely ask for her in the future!

Noah is a caring soul who my sensitive cat liked right away -- cats can tell! He is super reliable, spent time interacting with my cat, and I've already booked him for when I'm out of town again. I'm very glad to have found such a good, local pet-sitter.

Natalie was so wonderful with my two kitties, going out of the way to play and even offered suggestions for a particularly difficult cat behavior I was experiencing. I will definitely be asking her to return.

Grace was super friendly and enthusiastic about giving my cat the best care possible. She communicated well before and during the booking. My kitty has asthma and needs to be given her inhaler twice a day. This can be a bit intimidating to some, but Grace was willing to learn and ask questions. She did have some difficulty reaching the goal number of breaths with the Aerokat, but it's impossible to know the cause. I didn't have her practice using the Aerokat during our meet-and-greet, so she was on her own the first time using it. Also, there are days when Josie is fussy and I also struggle to get the full 10 breaths in. When she had trouble reaching 10 breaths, she reached out to me for recommendations. This is the most I could ask for. The note on her final visit simply stated that Josie was doing well and had been taken care of (she did include pictures). I like when a bit more detail is included. Overall, she truly cared about my kitty, followed directions well, sent pictures every visit, and reached out when she needed help. While I do wish that she had written a bit more in her updates and had more success with the inhaler, I don't think this should affect her rating as I could've asked for more detail in updates and done more training with the inhaler. I would book with her again.

Lukas took great care of our anxious kitty while we were away! We always got timely updates on how Momo was doing so we knew he was healthy and safe. Lukas was very patient and kind with our old and cranky boy, for which we were very grateful. We would definitely recommend Lukas to anyone looking for a pet-sitter in the area.

Bree watched our cat Ophelia for 8 straight days and she did a fabulous job keeping her safe, happy, and fed. Leaving a pet for that long can be nerve wracking but we knew Ophelia was in great hands with Bree. The best cat sitter ever!!

Thomas has been very caring and responsive with our pup. He’s handled any rising challenges with calm and communicated well with us. We love having our pup go on walks with him and highly recommend him!!

Daniel is professional and caring. He gave me arrival updates and checked in when he arrived, sending several pictures during his walks with my dog. A+ for Dan!

Emily took great care of our cat when we were away! She caught a mistake I had made with his medication instructions and made sure he got the correct dose at each visit. Emily sent updates and pictures and provided insight to some of his behaviors we’ve been trying to figure out. Would absolutely recommend emily to anyone looking for competent and compassionate cat care!
