Heather has been great with our pups, they were happy and tired when we got home, as all pups should be! It’s clear she really truly loves what she does, she is the perfect pet sitter.

Kelli is great!! The cats were totally cool with her checking in on them, and they can be kinda cranky/stand-off-ish, but Kelli let them do their thing and took great care of them! Our cat who typically doesn't like anyone near them allowed Kelli to pet them a few times - which is a lot! Will definitely book Kelli again and recommend her to anyone!

Janet is amazing

This was my first time using Rover to find a cat sitter for my two cats and it was last minute. Hazel responded super quickly and was very helpful, warm and reassuring. She even made time (on a very short timeline) to come over for a meet and greet before we went away. The pics and updates Hazel sent while I was away we’re great; it was obvious that she spent quality time with the cats.

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

I would definitely recommend Sierra and book her again. Great with communication and I loved the cute pictures she sent of my cats :) she even cleaned their litter, vacuumed and filled up their automatic feeder.

Ace was so amazingly flexible and helpful during a long trip away from home. We booked her originally to care for our cats while we were away for a holiday trip, but when a family emergency came up and we needed to leave early she was able to add more dates to the booking and was right there sending updates and cute photos from home-lifting our mood during a difficult time. Our cats were in great spirits when we returned, and she went above and beyond straightening up their messy litter boxes-so our home felt well cared for as well. Can’t say enough great things about Ace. She’s a treasure and truly a caring person who loves animals.

We hired Alexis to do some drop in visits for our cat while we were away for a week, and she was absolutely amazing. Our cat is diabetic and needs a shot twice a day. Alexis did an outstanding job sending us pictures and videos at each visit, as well as a thorough summary of how she was doing each day. Our cat is certainly not the most friendly, especially towards strangers, but Alexis managed to keep her comfortable and most importantly managed to administer her insulin even when she was constantly hiding from her and doing everything in her power to make Alexis's job harder. There is no question that next time we need someone to watch Copper we will be choosing Alexis again.

Emily is so conscientious and caring, and wonderful about communicating while I’m away. Highly recommend her!

Richard is a great sitter who is very kind and professional! He was great with my cat and helped me bring my mail inside while I was on vacation! Highly recommended.
