Pet Sitting in Westhampton

Heather took great care of our elderly cat who requires daily medications and subcutaneous fluids. It was our first time away from our cat ever since she started needing that extra level of care and Heather’s experience, attentiveness and communication really helped put us at ease. We loved receiving updates and pictures and the reassurance that our cat was doing well. We definitely would recommend Heather and would rebook for future trips.

Noah is a caring soul who my sensitive cat liked right away -- cats can tell! He is super reliable, spent time interacting with my cat, and I've already booked him for when I'm out of town again. I'm very glad to have found such a good, local pet-sitter.

We are so grateful to have Mickala care for Freya. Mickala communicated with us and sent pictures at each visit. She also washed and dried Freya's blanket when it was soiled with a hair ball! We arrived home to a happy cat and clean cat dishes.

Emily took excellent care of my cat and I would highly recommend her as a reliable pet-carer. She spent time playing with Seren and sent great photos. Thank you!

Brendon did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him. He is very quick to respond to messages. He went beyond just taking care of my boy Karma and also watered the plants. His messages and updates were a comfort while away knowing our cat was well taken care of. We will be hiring Brendon again for our next vacation.

Ace was so amazingly flexible and helpful during a long trip away from home. We booked her originally to care for our cats while we were away for a holiday trip, but when a family emergency came up and we needed to leave early she was able to add more dates to the booking and was right there sending updates and cute photos from home-lifting our mood during a difficult time. Our cats were in great spirits when we returned, and she went above and beyond straightening up their messy litter boxes-so our home felt well cared for as well. Can’t say enough great things about Ace. She’s a treasure and truly a caring person who loves animals.

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.
