She was easy to reach and communicate with, and she went above and beyond by bringing packages in from our porch and notifying us of any issues that arose. We were very happy with our experience working with Ali, who visited our home daily for a few days to take care of our two feline friends. Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts.
