Alissa is a responsive and lovely sitter! Booked her last minute for a weekend trip and she was prompt in accepting the request and responding to any questions or updates I requested. Will definitely use her services again.

Katie is professional, communicates efficiently and with heart felt depth, and our cats seem to enjoy her! She is responsible, cares deeply about animals and it shows. We will definitely ask if she will take care of our animals again.

Riley did drop in visits for my 2 cats Beans and Bear while I was on vacation for 2 weeks and she is amazing! The cats warmed up to her very quickly and looked comfortable from pictures without me for so long. Riley was super easy to communicate with before and during my vacation. Cara was happy to accommodate a pretty last-minute request for a single drop-in visit for our little guy when we were gonna be away for an evening into late night. As always, she was fantastic with her communication and flexibility!

Alison is legitimately the best pet care provider I have EVER had. My cat fell completely in love with her. Every picture, Frannie was interacting with Alison. Keep in mind that Alison and Frannie were strangers to each other. Frannie was sitting in Alison's lap making biscuits on day one. Alison sent so many great photos and responded so quickly to all of my messages. When I got home the litter box was clean and the floor was clean. She literally vacuumed up all of the tracked litter. She was at our house caring for Frannie exactly when she said she would be, and I know this because we have a ring doorbell. I have already rebooked for our next trip.

This is our second time using Austin. He is always promt and on time for his visits. We never have to second guess if he will be there. Very respectful and responsible. He also sends out his daily report immediately after every visit. Keeps us informed and updated. We have found our sitter.

Ace is the best! I broke my leg and couldn't do the prep I would otherwise for their visit. She were so helpful with getting my babies fed. She is incredibly reliable and did today's visit on really short notice because I was in a pinch. She should 100% be your first choice for care.
