Tanya is always wonderful! She has made so much good progress getting my cat to come out of his stranger danger shell. I have used her for several bookings now and will likely use her for many more!

Had a great second experience with Heather. While we of course put in the effort to make sure she and our cats were set up for success together, there was less prep needed than first time working with her and she was able to jump right back in comfortably; most importantly, we came home to healthy and happy cats!

Thomas was so great with our pup! He took her on a nice walk just long enough for her to enjoy but not too far in the heat & humidity. Will definitely book again for daytime drop-ins!!

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Abby was great - very reliable and managed to get our scaredy cat out of hiding! She sent regular photos and updates every day. I would hire her again!

There aren’t enough good words to describe Alexis and her kindness and huge heart! I just love her and want to know her forever! In fact, I don’t think I’ll ever let anyone else take care of my cat except for her. She has spoiled us! She is just what you’re looking for in a pet sitter, I promise! Carol watched our two cats while we were away for a long weekend. She was extremely responsive and provided us with regular updates of our visits. One of our cats was being very timid and hiding during her visits, and she was able to track him down so we knew he was alright. We could barely tell that anyone had been in the apartment when we returned and both cats were happy and well-fed. We would definitely recommend Carol to anyone looking for a pet-sitter in the area!
