Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Williamsburg

Ash is phenomenal! He came and met my dogs and we talked about their personalities, needs, etc. Today was the first day he was with them to walk them alone and it went great!! My crazy boxers fully accepted him and Ash was awesome with helping to contain their wild energy.

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

We found Natalie for last minute pet sitting and she was amazing! We got many pictures and our dog was calm and content when we got home.

Tanya was amazing! She accommodated our last minute request and went above and beyond - helping bring in packages and close windows to keep the house cool for the kitties!

Abby was great - very reliable and managed to get our scaredy cat out of hiding! She sent regular photos and updates every day. I would hire her again!

Daniel was great! My dog has some very special needs and Daniel made sure he fully understood all the instructions and took great care of him. Communication was excellent throughout. I will definitely ask Daniel to care for Lionel in the future.

There aren’t enough good words to describe Alexis and her kindness and huge heart! I just love her and want to know her forever! In fact, I don’t think I’ll ever let anyone else take care of my cat except for her. She has spoiled us! She is just what you’re looking for in a pet sitter, I promise! She is THE exemplary role model and the best representative for Rover.com ever. Alexis is warm and caring, genuine and kind, and we just love her!

Sierra is wonderful. Communicative and has great attention to detail (my cat has some very specific instructions). Was happy to rebook her and will continue to do so when needed!

Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts. Highly recommend Lauren for any pet care needs you may have--I'll definitely be hiring her again if I need another pet sitter!!
