Really amazing ! They did a great job with our very energetic 4 month old puppy. We’ve been classic baby parents without a chance to leave the house for longer chunks of time since we got him, and it feels great to have dog sitters who truly care and work with him, troubleshoot any issues, and who are communicative and kind. We know he’s a handful but they did a great job with him, and the proof was when we got home and he was actually chill because he got his walks in rather than having to be crated all evening. Grateful for Tracy’s care of our dog!

Kelly took care of our cat and rabbit while we were away for about a week. She is very reliable and kept in touch through out the whole time. Our pets seemed very happy with her and we felt very relieved leaving them with someone we could trust. She made sure the litter boxes were cleaned and even made sure the floors were clean around the cages! We will definitely book with Kelly again in the future!

This is the first time I've used a cat sitter other than a family member since I moved here. I liked the fact that Rover checks out the sitters on their site and handles all communications and payments -- and that there were reviews of each potential sitter. I have 2 14-year-old cats, one of whom has some medical issues. My experience with Asia was great! She contacted me right away and arranged for a "meet and greet." It was apparent when she came that was knowledgeable about what might my cats might need. While she was caring for them, she sent me regular texts and photos. I came home to happy, well-cared-for cats. I will definitely contact Asia if I need someone to care for my kitties again.

Grace was wonderful

Caitlin was terrific! She took notes during the introduction to our house, so I felt comfortable leaving her with my two shy cats. She spent all 30 minutes at the house every day, which even prompted my shyest kitty to come part way down the stairs and look at her (unheard of for him to show himself to anyone new). I will definitely be using her again!

I highly recommend Anna for any “dog-tending” needed in Worcester! She was able to drop-in for visits with my dog on such a short notice and went above and beyond to take her on walks, send photos/videos, and provide me with updates while I was away. Couldn’t have been easier, thanks Anna!
