Dog Boarding in Abingdon

We would recommend Megan and Jacob to anyone. They sent pictures and updates of our dog while we were away. This was our first time using Rover app and Megan and Jacob were incredibly helpful, and made the process so easy. Not to mention they have the sweetest dog who played with ours almost the entire time. These two are very organized, respond quickly, and are great with pets!

Pamela is the best! This was my first time boarding my dog. Pamela was great from start to finish. She kept me updated the entire time with daily photos and messages. I definitely felt great about the care that was given to Halo. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thanks Pamela for taking such great care of my baby girl!

Nala and Emma love Tarina and we love her too!! She takes such great care of our babies like they are her own. Nala can get overwhelmed at times but Tarina is so knowledgeable on the breed and knows what it takes to calm her down. Queen Emma can be very boujie and Tarina allows her to be her best boujie self lol. Tarina sends pictures and updates, and even lets you know if something is going on with your pet! We are so glad we found her 🥰🥰🥰🥰 and we hope she continues to take care of our babies whenever we need her!!!

My pup had a great stay with Paris! She sent tons of photos and came home exhausted from playing and exploring her house. Great location right off I-95 too for my road trip. Thank you!

First time booking with her when we needed a short notice dog sitter. Good communication, friendly and our dog seemed to have a great time staying. I plan to reach out again the next time we need someone to watch our dog

Harper was well taken care of, and was happy when we picked her up. They were flexible with our drop off and pick up time making it easier to schedule while we were in town for a baseball tournament. Thank you!

Gisel was awesome! She provided a meet and greet and walk through of her home prior to Kofi's stay. It helped to put me at ease while I was away. She provided me with daily updates and videos. Kofi loved his stay and whimpered when it was time to leave. I would absolutely book again with Gisel!

Thomas was great! He accommodated our late request and wanted to make sure our dogs got along before we were committed. Drop off and pick up were seamless and it was a great experience start to finish.

Emma was excellent with Kuki! We had unforeseen issues on our trip and she was gracious enough to have her an extra day with no issue. I definitely recommend her and will be using her again!!!

Ginnie and her husband took excellent care of my puppy while I was gone for 3 days. It was Stella’s first time away from home for longer than a day, and she very clearly loved it! Ginnie sent me updates once or twice daily with photos of Stella, which really gave me peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Ginnie as a dog sitter, and I’ll definitely use her again in the future!

Veronica was perfect. I had a last minute flight delay and needed a place for my dog. I didn’t know what to do and Veronica was kind enough to let my dog come without meeting him. She was so understanding, kind, sent lots of pics and very personable. I originally live in DC but will travel to Baltimore just for her. My pup couldn’t have been at a better home. My friend dropped him off and stated that he was so happy when she dropped him off he didn’t even look to say goodbye hahahaha. After a stressful day of traveling it was so great having peace about where your fur baby is. Thank you Veronica!

Hard to even put in to words how amazing this husband and wife team is! We have used Rover several times but our normal sitters were busy, so we had to search for a new solution. I call it divine intervention because we could not have been any more fortunate. Even at the meet and greet you could tell how much love these two give. They were interested in meeting us and asking us questions, but equally interested in meeting and interacting with our dogs - which wasn't the case with a lot of the meet & greets we have done. Once under their watch we constantly received photos and updates, some even of their nephew playing with the dogs or them on the ground playing with the dogs. Up to you if you believe dogs can express happiness in their facial expressions, but I am a believer, and in every photo we received our dogs seemed to be smiling ear to ear. Jenn was incredibly responsive and flexible in our scheduling, as well as communicative and informative during their stay. We even got a physical (paper) report of the dogs for every day of their stay - just incredible. We are hyper careful with whom we allow to watch our dogs and we could not have asked for more. If I could give 10 stars...100 stars...I would!

Patrick and Bee are the best. I am a repeat client. My Remi is treated like a princess. From the pictures and videos, I receive each day, she is happy and having fun…like she is on a “doggy” vacation. Thanks Patrick and Bee. We will be back!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Katie! This is the second time she has had my pups for boarding, and as long as she keeps doing this we won’t use anyone else. She is sweet and has great communication. And then while the pups are there they are clearly well loved and cared for. We get pictures and updates daily and she treats our pups like her own. She is absolutely incredible and we are so glad to have found her!

Maggie’s stay was for two weeks. Pearl kept me updated with pictures and texts which helped. Maggie seemed to enjoy playing with the other dogs while there. Leaving our fur baby that long was hard but knowing she was with Pearl made it easier.

Cali and fam took great care of our dog when we went to have our baby! I can’t thank her enough for being flexible with timing and her quick communication. Baloo was so well cared for and I could just see how happy he was in the pictures she sent!

Susan is amazing!! She sends frequent updates, lots of pictures, and the boys always have fun running around her back yard. Her dogs are fantastic and very friendly, our boys loved having someone else to play with. They had a great time, when they came home, they were calm and happy, kind of like they just got back from the spa. We would recommend here to anybody; she is the best!!!!! We feel very comfortable and happy letting the boys stay with her, she takes great care of them!!

I’ve used Melissa to watch my dog twice now and have nothing but good things to say! Melissa is kind and responsive, sending several updates throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!
