Erika went above and beyond with taking care of our two kitties while we were traveling, communicating with us every step of the way, sending us adorable photos, keeping the cat areas clean, and even offering to bring in our mail. You can tell our cats felt so comfortable with her, even our one cat who is usually very skittish and always hides away from strangers. Ellie was absolutely wonderful and took excellent care of my 2 kitties! She sent plenty of pictures and gave updates. She really cared about them and took extra time to play with them and give them attention. One of our cats is very shy around strangers but he warmed up to Ellie immediately. She came by for a introductory meeting to go over the feeding schedule and while we were away she was great about providing updates and staying in contact. Truly great service!
