Doggy Day Care in Arbor Greene

We took in a foster dog, Dolce, on short notice and already had plans to travel to the Annapolis Sailboat Show. Kristi responded right away and agreed to take him, even though he needed special care. Dolce was hit by a car and is recovering from surgery, so he has to be handled gently, carried carefully for potty breaks, and kept mostly on rest. Kristi took the time to listen and understand his needs at drop-off, and she was attentive to every detail. Dolce was with her for two days of daycare, and she sent pictures and videos throughout the day so I could see how he was doing. When I picked him up each evening, she gave me a rundown of his day and never rushed me out the door. She took time to talk with me about how he was doing, and both pickups felt relaxed and friendly. We never had to worry about him while we were away. Huge thanks to Kristi and her husband for taking such good care of him. We'd book with her again without hesitation.

OMG where do I begin. Monica is AMAZING! I must say from the beginning to the end of my experience was top notch and extremely professional. She began with meeting me and Nash virtually prior to our booking date. This meet and greet was more detailed than I expected but being as though it was my first experience with Rover/Sitter it was most important my while easing my mind. She began with detailing what she offered and what was to be expected if we both decided he would be a good fit in her care. After she asked many questions to get to know Nash, she allowed me to do the same. We both decided that we would go forth with the booking. She treated my fur baby wonderfully. Especially, giving him time to warm up to her outside of her home in the sweltering heat before I made my exit. She slowly introduced her dogs to him as well as another doodle that she was caring for at the time. She said, he was fine with the initial interaction with the dogs and that had plenty of fun. I received a refreshing text message to let me know he had settled in and was doing fine. She walked him & sent pictures too. I loved that she gave valuable insight on him in case someone else had to care for him but in mind she will be his forever caretaker 😊 I was amazed to pull up and see him up on her shoulder as they walked out to meet me. Nash loved her! I feel confident with her carrying for my puppy and would highly recommend her to everyone! I can’t wait to book again.

Clearly Smoke loves MS. Kim!!!! If he could bust through my car window at drop off, he would! He's always happy and well taken care of during his stay with Kim. Lots of pics and vids. I've already booked for our beach vacay next month.

Our pup Ellie had an awesome time and enjoyed all her new friends. Kelly was so nice and Ellie loved her! She was exhausted when she got home and took a nap right away!! We will be back! thank you......

Great communication! Very kind and patient when we ran behind. Pharaoh seemed to enjoy himself and we could see via the pictures she took. She even had a nice treat for the Easter holiday. I would use Danielle services again.

Finding Lilly was a perfect answer for us in looking for a place to take our mini golden doodle, Kori, for day care and boarding, when needed. Kori is family and it is not easy finding someone who aligns with how you feel about your pet, especially as we no longer crate him. That is very important to us. The first time in dropping Kori off was like dropping your child off for that first day of school! Nervous. But no concerns to be had. Receiving the pictures of Kori with the other dogs during the day was reassuring. There is such an ease to talk with Lily. On our next visit in dropping Kori off, as soon as we turned onto her street, Kori began barking excitedly.

Elizabeth was hands down the best Rover I’ve ever worked with. She sent pictures, texted updates and even picked up a medication for my dog when my work schedule didn’t allow me to leave work to get it. She was flexible with my schedule and so, so knowledgeable about puppy training. Honestly, she saved my butt on the puppy front.

Absolutely phenomenal. I felt updated throughout the entire day and she put my mind at ease on a day that my dog was with someone new. She gave him time to warm up and at the end of the day I know that he had a great time. He will absolutely be returning! Thank you so much

It was the first time Atlas ever went to daycare. I felt totally comfortable leaving Atlas with her and her family, and she was responsive to texts throughout the day. Atlas had a great time and I'd leave Atlas with her again in a hot minute!
