Lauren has just been beyond reliably reassuring to us in looking in and caring for our shy cat. He tends to hide from everyone, only to pop out when time to eat etc. Not only did we receive a check in note every day but she was able to see him hiding in a closet and under a bed. She sent us photos and it was a fun thing to share. Having a way with animals is surely a plus with Lauren!. We were far away and returned to a happy, contented cat!! It feels great knowing that I have someone I trust taking care of my dog while I am at work. Sam has always been incredibly prompt and reliable and my lab mix got along with him great from the start. He is also able to handle my large pup's pulling on long walks which is a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Amanda was reliable, trustworthy, and responsive. She asked great questions to make sure our furries would be well taken care of. And went above and beyond the call of duty when a bird flew in our house. I am so grateful for her service and will be asking her to sit again.

Sophie is a real pro! Our two dogs and cat loved her right away. Our cat rarely comes out to see new people, but on the first day she came to see Sophie and ask for pats. Sophie is extremely knowledgeable and asks good questions. She is great at daily communication. She provides thorough reports as a default. If you want less info, you can ask for that, too. I really enjoy knowing the details of her visits. We honestly can’t think of one thing she could improve! Three days a week we need to be away for 14-15 hours. Sophie is always on time for her midday visits and the time she spends with them is keeping them happy and well. We feel super lucky that Sophie was able to take us on.

During our initial meet and greet Fallon proved to be very personable and easy to talk with. During the drop-in visit she was punctual, provided a detailed report, and tons of pictures. I would definitely book Fallon again.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Shania, our incredible dog walker! She has been absolutely amazing with our poodle puppy, showing so much love, patience, and care every single day. Shania goes above and beyond, making sure our little pup is happy, safe, and well-exercised. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does, and it makes all the difference.
