Pet Sitting in Arbutus

Helen was amazing! I'm so glad I found her on Rover. She responded to my initial query quickly and with a friendly and professional demeanor. She offered to come by and meet my cats and receive care instructions and was very easy to schedule with. Throughout the process, before during and after my trip out of town, she responded quickly to all my texts and was very kind about my nervousness about leaving my cats at home alone together for an extended period for the first time, providing plenty of reassurance and listening to all instructions with care. She sent great text and photo updates with each visit and followed all the care instructions to the letter and exactly on time for each visit, and she treated my home with care while she was here. I could not have asked to find a better sitter! I will definitely reach back out to her for all my future pet-sitting needs.

Colin looked after our cats for a week, and we're grateful! He was reliable and followed our instructions for feeding, water, and the cat boxes. One of our cats is very shy and never showed up for him, but he was able to reassure us that she was around and using her litter box. We will ask him again if we're away.

Fallon did an incredible job this Fourth of July weekend. My dog is very disturbed by fireworks and she did everything to settle him. She has always been reliable and great at communicating.

This was our first time using Rover for our cat Walt. He is slow to warm up to people but Tabitha was great at the meet and greet just going at his pace and not forcing anything. She stopped by for 2 visits and by the second one he was less shy and approached her more easily. I would definitely recommend Tabitha as she was available on short notice and reliable.

Amanda was very communicative during her drop in visit, making sure I knew when she would be able to come by each day. Her daily updates were thorough and included plenty of pictures to help me not miss my cat too much on vacation!

I had a lot of pet sitters that in my life over the years but I never have I met anyone as amazing as a male I called to her in an emergency I was unexpectedly hospitalized for an emergency and she took up the job right away she was very professional she send me many messages with questions or clarifications she even brought all my packages from outside in she sat with my with my older cat that has kidney disease she sat with her for a long time just to make sure that she finishes all her food she definitely has a way with cats like I've rarely seen with other pet sitters I she was very friendly and professional and even checked out on my own health and well-being I will never use another pet sitter again I absolutely recommend her 110%

It feels great knowing that I have someone I trust taking care of my dog while I am at work. Sam has always been incredibly prompt and reliable and my lab mix got along with him great from the start. He is also able to handle my large pup's pulling on long walks which is a plus. Would definitely recommend!
