Pet Sitting in Ballenger Creek

Justin is awesome. He cares for my kitty any time I’m away - very attentive to her needs well beyond what I outline for her care. For example, noticing that despite having a water fountain she likes still her water bowl, so he refilled that even though I’d said not to worry about it. He asked follow up questions to make sure Maggie was well cared for, and got great pictures of her, which showed he was clearly laying on the floor to hang out with her because she’s not much of a lap kitty and doesn’t tend to jump up on chairs or anything to make it easier to pet her. In addition, he kindly brought in a package that was delivered during our absence. Also, I have a severe food allergy that he is careful to accommodate while caring for Maggie the cat. Finally, it’s a huge plus and great to know that if needed, Kacy can step in if Justin isn’t available for some reason. Love the team of Kacy and Justin!! Recommend.

Leslie is wonderful! I’m so glad that we found her- she takes such great care of our dog while we are at work and I always appreciate her detailed updates after her visits with him. I would love to work with her again in the future!

Jenny did a fantastic job with our two dogs and cat. She used the Rover card to record the visit. She communicated questions and concerns promptly. We would definitely book her again.

Shelby has been so thoughtful and so caring while taking care of my two cats. She is very communicative, which I love from a pet sitter, because I treat my cats like my children. She shared feedback about my cat’s behavior, appetite, and sent photos too. I will definitely be requesting her assistance with drop in visits in the future!

Adrienne took great care of our cat for 4 days while we were away on vacation. She regularly sent us updates, photos and even a video! Also, everything was left very clean despite our cat’s continuous efforts to through all his litter out of the box :). Lauren dropped in on Milo and took him for a walk on a last minute request. She was great with Milo and communicated with me throughout. I will definitely reach out to her again.

We have a very shy kitty who always hides for other sitters, but she came out to see Kim on her first visit! It is a testament to Kim’s calm, loving, and patient demeanor. We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful service Kim provided.

This was the 2nd time booking with Lauren and I would recommend her 100%! She was very dependable and took excellent care of my very senior cat. She took the time to crush her everyday which she loves and she looked great when we got home!

Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with! She took such good car of my 13 week old puppy and went above and beyond to ensure that the most was made of his potty break. She was so very communicative and I felt so reassured knowing that she was taking care of him and that she would let me know anything I needed to know.
