Stephanie was very punctual, professional, and left detailed notes after every visit so I always had the peace of mind while out of town. Kathleen took care of my 2 cats over the holiday weekend - immediately prior to my departure, one of my cats had started to vomit up his wet food on occasion - and so Kathleen had to do some cleanup above and beyond the call of duty - she was great about it and i came home to a clean house!
