John was fantastic! He kept us updated on what was going on at home and sent us pictures of the pets each day. He made sure the cats and Guiana pig didn’t miss a step in their routine while we were out of town. Fantastic experience! We will use him again.

James goes above and beyond for the kitties, and for us. If there is something that needs to be done, he does it, and he always keeps in excellent contact with us, no matter what. We love (and the kitties love) James!

Phenomenal! I am in a situation where I'm starting to give fluids to my cat at home. My cat is a Tortie, so she is sassy and fights back on the process of being stuck for fluids. I gave up and called the vet, they couldn't get me in for a few days due to the weekend, but my cat needed the fluids now. Christina was able to come the day after I contacted her to help me. She was great! Very kind, easy to get along with. I felt at ease with her and she was very knowledgeable due to her experience as a vet tech. We got the needle in my cat and she got her fluids, Christina was a lifesaver!
