Katie made us feel at ease from the very beginning. She was very detail-oriented and organized with the initial booking, scheduling, and getting up to speed with Ned's care intructions. Theresa was amazing, she constantly sent photos of her and Lola which was very nice. Me and my mom felt very comfortable with leaving Lola with Theresa. We barely even had to check in because she was always giving us updates. We will definitely be coming back to Theresa 👏🏾💯☺️
