This was my first time using rover, i had a last minute trip for a funeral and Jessica was very helpful and flexible!! I was nervous at first about rover but Jessica made me feel so comfortable and so happy!! Niffler just loved her so much and had a blast while she was here!!! I am so thankful for her!!

Leah was wonderful stepping in to check on my cat, Leo, when I was out of town. She was timely and provided updates and pictures. She even made sure my lights were on the evening of my late arrival on my trip. I really appreciate her help and reliable, professional service. Would definitely recommend for your furry family care.

Using Rover for the first time, I was definitely a little nervous about leaving my pet with someone new, but Melissa made the entire experience better than I could have imagined! She immediately helped ease my worries and made me feel so comfortable while we were away. She communicated everything with me, kept me updated throughout each visit, and sent SO many pictures, which I absolutely loved. Her detailed notes after every visit were also so thoughtful and reassuring. It was so nice to read about how everything went and know that Rocky was happy, safe, and well taken care of. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. She went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets!

Christina was very attentive with Mr. Moo and her pictures helped us get through the long weekend without our chunky monkey. She left our house and our cat in excellent condition and he wasnr even mad at us when we got back, which is always a giod sign that he was well taken care of! We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

I give Bree a rating of 1000/10. This was the longest time (8 days) that we had to leave our curmudgeonly old-man behind and I was concerned, but Bree went above and beyond to make sure our Puppy Cat had companionship and felt loved. She kept in regular communication with us and reported in detail about each visit with him. She even provide photo evidence that he allowed her to touch him! I didn't think about it until I saw the pictures she provided, but she paid attention to the details during our initial meeting and I was especially pleased that our old man's food was handled how and where he was used to so it was one less disruption. We will definitely ask Bree to sit for us next time we need.
