Emily is a re-homed pup who can be wary of new people, but Rose has done an amazing job earning her trust and making her feel comfortable. Nicole was with our pets for the weekend and did such an amazing job. She kept me informed and sent lots of pictures. You can really tell both my cat and dog love her. We had an incident where our cat got out (not related to her care at all) and she immediately jumped into action to find him. She went above and beyond: asking neighbors, driving around the block, etc and made a rough situation so much better. I’m so grateful Nicole was the one watching our pets and I will absolutely be booking with her again!
