Dog Boarding in Clarksburg

This is my first time using Rover. Samantha is wonderful, extremely responsible and responsive. We had to leave our dog, Mochi, with Samantha for 21 days. She took great care of Mochi. We had photos of Mochi everyday enjoying himself. He's well-fed and well-loved in her home. Mochi needs to take medications due to his allergies and stomach reflux issues, Samantha made sure that he has his medication daily. Mochi somehow made an accidental "poo", which she took care of the problem, and even washed his blanket. Samantha does have a dog called Winston who reminds me of Winston Churchill. :-) It's a very good dog and got along well with Mochi. This is a great environment for Mochi, as he's an only dog, having Winston ensures that Mochi gets to learn to play with any "other kids". "YES" - we will book Samantha in the future.

Our 2 dogs were well taken care of! This was their 2nd stay with Sophia and we already have her booked for our next trip! I love her great communication and pictures she sends of our fur babies.

The pups were expertly taken care of. We received tons of photos of our boys which was incredible since we missed them so much. Karen was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Poh was amazing. I’ve used 3 other sitters through Rover and she was by far the best one. She has experience with dogs which made me very comfortable leaving my pup with her for 10 days. Very professional and responsive. Poh is dedicated to caring for the dogs in her care. I will definitely be using her again!

Evvery is always great! My dog knows when she is being dropped off every time and doesn’t even say bye anymore. We do a contactless exchange and everything is great!

Can't say enough nice things about Mindy! Really appreciate being willing to take a last minute booking and even more so that she was able and willing to extended it. Will definitely book again. And she was very responsive about pet check ins and even went above and beyond by getting Sadie's favorite food and giving her some grooming. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better dog sitter. From the moment we met, it was clear that this was not just someone watching our dogs — this was someone who truly loved them as their own. They went far beyond basic care, making sure our pups were happy, comfortable, exercised, and spoiled with attention the entire time we were away. The enormous wooded backyard was a dream come true for our dogs. They had endless room to run, explore, and play safely, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were getting both exercise and enrichment every day. We received thoughtful updates and photos that showed just how relaxed and joyful our dogs were. We came home to calm, happy, well-cared-for pups — the ultimate sign of an exceptional sitter. I can't recommend Michelle enough! She took amazing care of my pug while I was away for a few days. She kept me updated regularly and sent lots of adorable photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My pup absolutely loved her time with Michelle and was clearly happy and well cared for. We booked last minute for our senior dog. Piero and his family were quick to respond and reassuring about our dig’s personality and needs. We enjoyed the regular photos and our dog felt right at home. We will definitely be using them again!

Cameron was the perfect choice for my sweet Noodles! From the very beginning, I felt completely at ease—especially after our meet and greet. When we arrived, Cameron came outside to greet us and was incredibly friendly and thoughtful about introducing his two dogs in a safe and calm manner. He asked all the right questions to make sure Noodles would feel comfortable and at home, and he also shared details about his daily routine with the dogs, which reassured me even more. Cameron clearly has a genuine love for animals and goes above and beyond to ensure their well-being. His property is amazing—plenty of space for the dogs to run, plus access to beautiful trails for long walks. Throughout Noodles' stay, Cameron was super responsive and sent me daily updates and adorable pictures, which I really appreciated. One of the best parts? Cameron only accepts one dog at a time, so your pup gets personalized attention and care. It truly felt like Noodles was treated like one of his own. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Cameron again. Highly, highly recommend!

Yuhui did an amazing job caring for our dog Mika. The communication was great, we received regular updates, and Mika came home looking very happy!

Christa is amazing! We were nervous about leaving our pet for the first time and she made sure everything will be okay. She is very responsive and so easy to communicate with. She always updated us and with pictures as well. When we picked up Ramen, we can tell he had an amazing time with them and he looks very happy! So grateful to have found Christa!

My dog Mylo had a fantastic first experience! The sitter stayed in constant communication, sharing plenty of pictures and videos throughout the stay. Most importantly, Mylo seemed completely comfortable and at ease — which was my top priority. When he returned home, there was no adjustment period at all. He was his same laidback, happy self. I’m grateful for the care and attention he received and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Ivan was great. Very upbeat personality and it was clear that he loves dogs. He sent us frequent pics, took Bella on frequent walks, and we exchanged messages daily. Highly recommend!

Oatmeal had another great stay with Gena! We truly appreciate Gena’s proactive communication, including daily updates and pictures during Oatmeal’s stay.

As always, Amber was in good hands with Mary Lee. Treated well, spending a lot of time outside with a lot of updates from her stay. It was probably Amber's 4th or 5th time with Mary Lee and definitely not the last one. Thank you!
