This is my third time booking with Ruby. This time I didn't leave things as well organized as usual - I was recovering from a surgery but still had to leave town for a family funeral. Despite my lack of organization, Ruby did a phenomenal job, as always. She kept my plants alive through an unseasonable hot spell, and my two cats were happy and healthy when we got back. One of my cats is terrified of thunder, and there was a storm during one of Ruby's visit, but instead of hiding in the basement, my cat chose to hide near Ruby - that's the ultimate sign that this cat trusts someone.

She let me know far in advance that she would have to cancel which I appreciate a lot with my work schedule!

Katherine did a wonderful job with my older cat who requires medication twice a day. Katherine took care of her lovingly and did a great job communicating with me.

Cheryl has been visiting Pepper for almost a year and it's the best thing I've ever done. She loves on Pepper, sends me the funniest pictures, and makes sure to let me know if she sees something amiss. And Pepper loves her time with Cheryl. I can't say enough good things about her.

Our first time with Rover. Deborah did a great job. She spent time with our Maggie helping her feel safe. Maggie is a senior pup and Deborah allowed her to set the pace and distance for her walk . She gave her snuggles and treats . We will definitely call on Deborah again
