Wataru was amazing! He was attentive to my cat and thoroughly saw to all of his needs, including oral medication. On top of that he really endeavored to provide my cat with stimulation and affection. Wataru was responsive throughout the duration of our trip and provided regular updates, which we appreciated. He also showed incredible kindness by going out of his way to see to misc. things around our home so that it would be pleasant for us to return to. We are so appreciative of everything!

Excellent care for my 3 dogs, one of which is paralyzed. I appreciate that Erin was always on time as my one dogs needs to be expressed a few times per day. Would highly recommend!

Hailey was fabulous. Sunny MoMo is shy with people she doesn’t know at first and Hailey was so patient with her and readily gained her trust. By the end of the visit Hailey was sending me pictures of Mo shaking paws, etc so I knew she was comfortable. Hailey sent updates and pictures at each visit so I knew both Gucci and Mo were well taken care of. I will be booking Hailey again for my next trip!
